Terms of Service (TOS) – ShiTech
By trading with us you agree to the following terms:
Money Wipes & Database Resets
– In the event of a
CIG-issued money wipe, database reset, or major patch that affects in-game assets or funds, all active contracts, deals, and obligations are automatically voided and removed from the system.
* Members are responsible for re-negotiating any affected contracts after the wipe.
Contract Validity
– Verbal or informal agreements are not binding within the org’s system.
Scam & Fraud Policy
– Any form of scamming, fraud, or misrepresentation within org activities will result in immediate suspension and internal investigation.
– Proven offenders will be blacklisted and reported to partner organizations.
Use of In-Game Currency (aUEC)
– All transactions are to be conducted within game parameters only.
– Real Money Trading (
RMT) is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent removal.
Contract Enforcement
– The org reserves the right to enforce, void, or modify any contract if it violates these
TOS or
CIG’s
EULA.
– Disputes are handled by the org’s “Seller” Role
ONLY.
Data & Privacy
– Screenshots, trade logs, and related evidence may be collected for arbitration purposes but will not be shared publicly without consent.
Behavior & Conduct
– Respectful communication is mandatory.
– Toxicity, harassment, or threats lead to disciplinary action or removal.
Amendments
– The org leadership reserves the right to update or amend these
TOS at any time. Members will be notified of changes.
Customer Inactivity
– If a customer is inactive or unresponsive for more than 3 days within an active trade or contract ticket without prior notice, the contract will be considered void.
– Customers are required to inform the staff within the ticket if they will be unavailable for more than 3 days.
Repeated inactivity without notice may lead to denial of future contracts.
Paid & Ready Deliveries
– For fully paid and ready-for-pickup deliveries, the customer has a maximum of 5 days to complete the pickup.
– If no pickup or response occurs within that time, the goods will be returned to stock and the contract voided without refund, unless prior notice was given in the ticket.
