History

Active without interruption since 2023

The Verse is vast enough to get lost in. We think that is the point, provided you have good people on the comms.

Templaris Syndicate formed around a simple idea: organised play should feel like a force multiplier, not another obligation. We run named operations, support new players, and make room for the ace, the analyst, the storyteller, and the person who just wants to learn a new deck.

The Chapters

Capital – Crew and command of the great ships. Move people, cargo, and the operation itself.
Fighter – Escort, interception, and strike. Meet the threat before it reaches the convoy.
FPS – Boarding, ground assault, and defence. Hold the line when the fight leaves the cockpit.
Industrial – Mining, salvage, hauling, and supply. The work that makes every campaign possible.

Stories of Legend: The Pyro Tithe

Hunter drove us through Pyro and brought the team directly onto a XenoThreat asteroid base.

Mirlax breached the facility, then joined Sauron in clearing the defenders room by room. Once the base was secure, the Templars seized its drugs, gold and equipment, and stole one of XenoThreat’s ships for good measure.

The haul was worth approximately 10-12 million credits.

Mirlax then tested the durability of our newly acquired fleet by crashing one of the ships, providing the operation’s only casualty that anyone actually mourned.

The surviving cargo was delivered safely.

XenoThreat gathered the wealth. The Templaris Syndicate collected the tithe.

Manifesto

The Path of the Order

Rank in the Templaris Syndicate is earned by doing the work of the rank above you. Time served counts for nothing. What you do in an event and in support of the org is what matters.

Aspirant

You have petitioned. A Marshal will review you.

Postulant: the Vigil

You are in, on trial. Attend three operations within 28 days, on comms, following your fleet lead. Find a Knight who will vouch for you. Before you are knighted you must also join the Templaris Syndicate on RSI, and the Quartermaster checks it when you apply for promotion. This is where you decide: commit to the Order properly, or go with our thanks. Do all of it and you are knighted.

Knight: the Oath

A full member of the Order. Stay active: at least one fleet op a month. Your knighting is done in voice, on a Saturday, with the Oath read once. Your RSI handle becomes your name here.

Becoming a knight entitles a member to all the benefits – access to rewards from events and the org currency and shop. It also grants access to the UEX sponsored listings.

Under-Marshal: the Banner

For Knights who lead. Command a squad or wing on three ops, with the fleet lead confirming you briefed well and kept comms tight. Under-Marshals claim squads to lead on the operations planner and nominate Postulants for knighting. They do not create events: only Marshals put operations on the calendar.

Marshal: the Seal

Appointed by the Grand Masters from Under-Marshals who have carried the Banner for months and taken on the quiet work: petitions, the calendar, disputes handled without noise. Marshals hold the roster and each owns a domain. There will never be many. Only Marshals create events and put operations on the calendar.

Grand Master

Founders of the Order. Not a rank you earn.

Honours

Not every great pilot wants to lead. For those who would rather fly:

  • Knight of the Cross: 100 operations attended
  • Knight Banneret: brought three Postulants who went on to be knighted
  • Chapter Master: best in your Chapter this quarter, chosen by the Chapter

On absence

A Knight not seen for two weeks is marked On Pilgrimage. You lose nothing. Come back and you are welcomed with a single word. A Postulant who misses the Vigil is granted one more. After that, the door closes.

Turn up when you said you would. Everything else follows.

The Oath

Marshal: You stand before the Order having kept the Vigil. Do you come of your own will?
Knight: I do.

Marshal: Then answer.

Will you stand beside your fellows when the call goes out, and let your deeds speak before your words?
Knight: I will.

Will you follow the fleet lead in the field, and carry your disputes to the Order and not before strangers?
Knight: I will.

Will you challenge the idea and spare the man, so that we forge and do not fracture?
Knight: I will.

Will you carry the name of the Templaris Syndicate as if every eye in the Verse were on you?
Knight: I will.

Marshal: Then by the will of the Order I name you Knight of the Templaris Syndicate, of the {Chapter} Chapter. Your name is your handle and your handle is your bond.

All present: Through will. Through the Order. Through Templaris.

Charter

The White Code

The Orgs rules and expectations. Read thoroughly.

I – Honour the Syndicate

Banter and rivalry are welcome. Harassment, discrimination, slurs, targeted abuse and sustained personal attacks are not.

II – Guard Your Brothers

Do not grief, scam, sabotage, betray or deliberately obstruct another member unless everyone involved has agreed to it. Within the Syndicate, we protect our own.

III – Take Victory with Discipline

We are raiders, mercenaries and marauders. PvP, piracy, ambushes, boarding actions and organised raids are encouraged. Griefing is not. Know when victory is yours. Know when the hunt is over.

IV – Leave War in the Verse

In-game conflict remains in-game. Real-world harassment, abusive DMs, brigading and personal retaliation will not be tolerated.

V – Stand as One

The Templaris act as a cohesive force. During organised operations, remain with your unit, fulfil your assigned role and support the objective above personal glory. Our primary colour is white, our secondary colour is red, with silver and gold metallic accents. When uniforms are called for, honour them.

VI – Obey the Chain of Command

During organised operations, follow the appointed leader and keep communications clear when the order is given. Question the plan before or after the operation, not while it is being executed.

VII – Sound the Call with Purpose

Role pings, alerts and mass notifications are reserved for matters worthy of the Syndicate’s attention. Do not abuse them.

VIII – Keep the Syndicate’s Counsel

Do not reveal private channels, operational plans, internal resources or information entrusted to us by another member.

IX – Admit No Treachery

Scams, phishing, malware, doxxing, illegal content and attempts to compromise another member have no place among us.

X – Maintain the Halls

Use each channel for its intended purpose. Avoid spam, disorder and conduct that prevents others from using the community.
