THE CHRONOLOGICAL PURITY DIRECTIVE
IMPERIAL STANDARD: YEAR 2499
While the fractured UEE and its disparate outer-rim dependencies have succumbed to the fiction of “Galactic Standard” year 2954, the Terran Council remains anchored to the True Lineage. To the Council, time is not a suggestion—it is an anchor.
The Council views the 455-year “drift” used by outside sub-factions as a symptom of xenological contamination and administrative rot. Within the Aegis Digital Grid, we do not recognize the timeline of a “Cradle” we did not build. We measure time by human achievement, not alien consensus.
MAJOR EPOCHS (Imperial Dating)
2036 [Establishment of Nova Alexandria]: Following the successful execution of the Great Correction, the capital of the Empire was consecrated. Foundations were laid for a civilization that would finally transcend the limitations of the Sol system.
2463 [The Ouroboros Incident]: High Command authorized the initial breach of “The Gate”—a hyper-lane transition within the Ouroboros System previously obscured by a Gravitational Frequency Mechanism (Anomaly Alpha-1). Upon breach, first contact was established and subsequently neutralized. The Apex-Class Leviathan, designated the “Ethereal Drake,” was terminated by the First Stepper Fleet under the command of Chief Master Sergeant Commander Dominguez. Construction immediately commenced on the Oculus Array, hollowing out the Leviathan’s remains to serve as the Empire’s primary galactic spyglass.
2499 [The Present Cycle]: The Aegis Digital Grid has achieved 98% saturation; Council oversight of the Core Worlds is now absolute. Sub-factions operating under the “2954” delusion are hereby categorized as Chronological Deviants. To mark this epoch, Nova Alexandria is initiating Protocol Azure-Blue: the deployment of a planetary-scale atmospheric frequency designed to bathe the capital in the specific wavelength of the Cradle’s original “Blue Marble” skies.
ADMINISTRATIVE NOTICE
All enlistees are required to recalibrate personal chronometers to 2499. Failure to align with Imperial Time is a Class-3 Sedition act and will be processed as a threat to administrative synchronization.
Citizens look to the future. Rebels look to the clock. The Council looks to eternity.

THE MANDATE
The Terran Council does not negotiate for the systems it already owns. We do not ask for permission to secure the Cradle. We are the absolute governing authority of human-occupied space, and our reach is as infinite as the void itself.

I. THE IMPERIAL MANDATE
The Terran Council is the sovereign government of all human-occupied sectors. We serve as the sole authority over the Cradle and the Aegis Digital Grid. Our objective is the total synchronization of the human species under the light of Nova Alexandria.
Any sub-faction, syndicate, or individual operating within human space without Council authorization is categorized as a hostile xenological anomaly.
II. CHRONOLOGICAL SYNCHRONIZATION
In accordance with the Chronological Purity Directive, all Council personnel are strictly forbidden from acknowledging the 455-year drift known as “Galactic Standard 2954.”
The True Year is 2499.
All communications, logistics logs, and mission briefings must be time-stamped with Imperial Standard Time.
Failure to align with Council chronometers is a Class-3 Sedition act.
III. CITIZEN CODE OF CONDUCT
Absolute Loyalty: Your primary allegiance is to the High Command and the Azure-Blue Protocol.
Visual Telemetry: Citizens are required to record and submit “Target Pacification Telemetry” (Video Evidence) when executing Council Bounties.
Spiritual Fortitude: All members must maintain spiritual alignment as dictated by the Daily Liturgy. Sickness of the mind is a threat to the Fleet.
The “Test Me” Clause: We do not fear conflict. If a sub-faction challenges our sovereignty, Council members are authorized to use Maximum Kinetic Force to verify their irrelevance.
