“The Ninth Horizon is a group focused on trading, medical support, and mercenary work. Whether it’s moving cargo, running security, or responding to rescue calls, the organization works across both safer systems and riskier space with a straightforward approach and reliable crews.”

History

The Ninth Horizon is a newly formed organization focused on trading, medical support, and mercenary work within Star Citizen. The group was created by players looking for a more organized and team-oriented experience without the overly strict structure found in many larger organizations.

The organization is still small and actively growing, with most operations centered around cargo runs, security support, medical assistance, and general contract work. Rather than specializing in only one area, members are encouraged to work together across different roles depending on what an operation requires.

The Ninth Horizon is not an established powerhouse or large military group. Most members are still building credits, ships, experience, and connections within the game. Because of that, the organization focuses more on reliability, teamwork, and improving together over time instead of pretending to be a major faction.

As the organization grows, the goal is to build a dependable group of active players who can run operations consistently, help newer members, and take on larger contracts as experience and resources improve.

Manifesto

The Ninth Horizon was created to build a reliable and active group within Star Citizen focused on teamwork, progression, and consistent operations. The organization intends to grow steadily through trading, medical support, security work, and mercenary contracts while avoiding unnecessary politics and inflated roleplay.

The goal of the organization is to create an environment where members can make credits, improve their skills, participate in organized operations, and have dependable people to play with regardless of experience level. Newer players are welcome, and experienced players are encouraged to help build the organization as it grows.

The Ninth Horizon intends to remain flexible rather than locking itself into a single playstyle. Operations may range from cargo hauling and medical rescues to escorts, bounty hunting, and combat contracts depending on what members want to pursue and what opportunities are available.

As the organization develops, leadership aims to expand operations, increase activity, build a stronger fleet, and establish a trusted core of active members capable of handling larger and more difficult contracts together.

Charter

The Ninth Horizon operates as a structured organization focused on trading, medical support, and mercenary work. Members are expected to act professionally during operations and contribute to an environment people actually want to be part of.

Respect between members is expected at all times. Friendly banter is fine, but repeated hostility, harassment, excessive toxicity, or starting drama within the organization will not be tolerated. Minor issues may result in a warning from leadership, while repeated behavior can lead to suspension from operations or removal from the organization.

When joining an operation, members are expected to stay committed unless circumstances are communicated beforehand. Leaving missions without notice, abandoning crew responsibilities, or repeatedly failing to show up after committing may result in reduced priority for future operations, restricted access to organized events, or removal from leadership/trusted roles.

Theft from organization members is strictly prohibited. This includes stealing cargo, ships, mission payouts, equipment, or intentionally withholding credits earned during group operations. Any confirmed theft or deliberate scamming of members will typically result in immediate removal from the organization and placement on an internal blacklist.

During operations, communication should remain clear and focused. Constant comms clutter, arguing during combat, or intentionally disrupting mission coordination may result in temporary removal from the operation or future restrictions from high-priority contracts.

Medical personnel and rescue operations are to be respected during missions. Intentionally refusing to assist teammates without reason, abandoning recoverable members, or sabotaging rescue efforts may result in disciplinary action depending on the situation.

Mercenary operations are treated as professional contracts. Members are expected to follow mission objectives and rules of engagement established by operation leaders. Unnecessary attacks on neutral players, reckless behavior that jeopardizes contracts, or actions that create avoidable retaliation against the organization may result in suspension from combat operations or restricted combat permissions.

Borrowed ships, vehicles, gear, and credits are expected to be returned promptly unless otherwise agreed upon. Repeated failure to return shared assets may result in loss of access to organization resources.

Leadership reserves the right to restrict access to sensitive operations, shared assets, or internal information based on member trust, activity, and conduct. New members may remain under a probationary status until they establish reliability within the organization.

Real life always comes first. However, extended inactivity without communication may result in inactive status or eventual removal to maintain an active roster.

Cheating, exploiting game mechanics, or engaging in behavior that risks the organization’s reputation or standing within the community is prohibited. Verified use of exploits or actions that intentionally harm the organization will result in immediate removal.
