The Turtle Nomads are neutral-for-hire problem-solvers. Guided by patience, adaptability, and reliability, we roam the stars completing contracts from medevac to engineering, always leaving a trail of trust and competence in our wake.
The Turtle Nomads were born from a simple belief: that capability, patience, and adaptability are the keys to surviving and thriving among the stars. We roam without allegiance, taking on tasks others won’t, and build reputation through reliability. Every contract, every mission, every rescue reinforces our doctrine: carry the shell, do what needs doing, and let trust be our legacy. From bunker raids to medevac operations, the Nomads operate not for fame or power, but to be the calm, capable presence others can always count on.
The Turtle Nomads are a roaming collective of contractors for hire. We carry the shell, adapt to the task, and get the job done. Need a medevac? Mining support? Combat escort? Engineering repair? We do it all. Join the Nomads and become part of a living network of problem-solvers who travel the stars, leaving a trail of reliability in our wake.
1. Carry the Shell
Every Nomad represents the caravan. Reputation matters. Act with competence, discretion, and reliability in all contracts and interactions.
2. Do What Needs Doing
We adapt to the task at hand. Whether medevac, bunker raids, salvage, or engineering support, a Nomad fulfills the mission without ego or unnecessary risk.
3. Neutral but Lawful
We serve no faction or political agenda beyond the contract. All actions must comply with in-universe law; we do not engage in piracy, theft, or unlawful aggression.
4. Reputation is Currency
Every action shapes how the Nomads are viewed across the stars. Maintain integrity, follow through, and avoid actions that damage the caravan’s credibility.
5. Respect the Caravan
Internal disputes are resolved calmly. Elders and Waykeepers guide decisions. Power and rank exist to support, not dominate, the culture.
6. Nomadic Independence
Members are self-reliant. Trust is earned, not assumed. Cooperation is expected, but every Nomad must be capable of operating autonomously when required.
7. Invitation Over Hierarchy
Ranks reflect responsibility and trust, not power. Elders, Waykeepers, and Pathfinder roles are earned and by invitation only. Rank is recognition, not authority.
8. Adapt and Survive
The Nomads thrive in change. Ships break, missions fail, and stars shift. Flexibility, patience, and problem-solving define us more than firepower or numbers.
Signature Principle
“No turtle left behind.”
When a Nomad or contracted ally is in danger, assistance is rendered when possible, without unnecessary risk, and always in accordance with the charter.
