Preamble

We, the members of The Janitors Corporation, in recognition of our shared mission to Clean Everything in the Verse, do hereby establish this charter to guide our actions and uphold the principles upon which our corporation is founded.

Article I: Mission and Purpose

1.1. The mission of The Janitors Corporation is to provide comprehensive clean-up services across the universe, encompassing salvaging, mining, cargo emptying, and goods disposal, while adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

1.2. Our purpose is to ensure that nothing goes to waste in the vast expanse of the universe, thereby contributing to the preservation of order and balance amidst the chaos.

Article II: Core Values

2.1. Adaptability: We embrace change and thrive in diverse and challenging environments, constantly evolving to meet the needs of our clients and the demands of the universe.

4.3. Any member found to have violated the principles of this charter or engaged in unethical behavior shall be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion from the corporation.

Article V: Amendments and Interpretation

5.1. This charter may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of the corporation’s members, provided that such amendments are consistent with the mission and purpose of The Janitors Corporation.

5.2. In the event of any dispute or disagreement regarding the interpretation of this charter, the matter shall be resolved by the Board of Directors, whose decision shall be final and binding.

Article VI: Ratification

6.1. This charter shall come into effect upon ratification by a majority vote of the corporation’s members and shall supersede any previous agreements or documents governing the operations of The Janitors Corporation.

In witness whereof, we, the undersigned members of The Janitors Corporation, do hereby adopt and ratify this charter on this 02 day of April, 2954.
