1. Loyalty Above All
Every member stands with the Wangers. In battle, in trade, in chaos—your crew comes first.

2. Professional Chaos Only
We thrive on mayhem, but it’s calculated. No pointless griefing, no random toxicity—if we stir trouble, it’s for purpose, profit, or pure style.

3. Respect the Crew
Inside the org, respect is mandatory. Banter is welcome. Disrespect is not.

4. Fly Smart, Die Loud
Recklessness without skill is just stupidity. Know your role, fly your ship well, and if you go down—make it legendary.

5. No Lone Wolves
This isn’t a solo act. Coordinate, communicate, and move as a unit when it matters.

6. Rep the Name
When you wear the tag, you represent all of us. Keep it sharp, keep it dangerous, keep it Thertified.

7. Help Your Own
New recruits, stranded pilots, or crew in need—if they’re Wangers, you’ve got their back.
