1. PURPOSE & PRINCIPLES

The Redwind Company exists to give independent operators a place to thrive through cooperation, mutual protection, and shared ambition. We uphold four core principles:

Resourcefulness – In every wreck, crisis, or mission, we find opportunity.

2. ORGANIZATIONAL CONDUCT

We are an organization of friends first and foremost, we are to treat each other with courtesy and respect.

Hate speech and harassment is strictly prohibited to members within the organization and those outside. You are the face of the organization.

Dishonesty within the organization is not tolerated.

We operate with transparency: major organizational decisions, long-term contracts, and inter-org alliances are communicated openly.

3. MEMBERSHIP

Redwind accepts pilots, crew, and specialists from all backgrounds.

No discrimination based on homeworld, past affiliations, or current occupation.

Members are invited to pursue personal contracts and community opportunities inside and outside the organization
