The History of THE WARRIORS EMPIRE
Long before the stars were charted and trade routes mapped, the galaxy was a place of chaos. Corporations fought over scraps of territory, pirate bands ruled in the shadows, and countless independent crews burned out chasing fleeting glory. In this void, survival was uncertain, and only the ruthless prospered.

THE WARRIORS EMPIRE — INTERNAL CODE OF CONDUCT
This Code of Conduct defines the expectations, responsibilities, and standards of behavior for all members of The Warriors Empire. Membership is a privilege, not a right. By remaining within the Empire, you agree to uphold this code without exception.
I. Loyalty & Allegiance
-Members place the interests of The Warriors Empire above personal gain during official activities. Actions that intentionally harm the Empire’s reputation, operations, or unity are considered acts of disloyalty and will be addressed decisively.
II. Discipline & Obedience
During official operations, training, or events:
-Orders from designated leadership are final.
-Arguments, refusal, or disruption during active operations are unacceptable.
-Feedback and concerns are to be raised after-action, through proper channels.
Discipline is the foundation of our strength.
III. Conduct & Professionalism
Members shall:
-Treat allies, civilians, and adversaries with respect.
-Avoid harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or excessive toxicity.
-Represent the Empire professionally in public chats, servers, Spectrum, and events.
You are always a reflection of the Empire.
IV. Communication Standards
Clear, calm, and respectful communication is mandatory.
-No yelling, spamming, or comms abuse during operations.
-Critical information takes priority over casual conversation.
-Voice and text channels are to be used as intended.
V. Brotherhood & Mutual Support
The Empire stands united.
-Members assist one another in missions, learning, and progression.
-Internal sabotage, betrayal, theft, or exploitation of members will not be tolerated.
-Conflicts must be resolved through leadership mediation, never publicly.
VI. Operational Readiness
Members are expected to:
-Arrive prepared for scheduled operations when confirmed.
-Maintain appropriate equipment, ships, and loadouts as directed.
-Follow operational briefings and mission objectives.
Repeated negligence may result in reassignment or removal.
VII. Fair Play & Integrity
-Cheating, exploiting bugs, griefing, or abusing game mechanics is strictly forbidden. Victory achieved without honor is failure.
VIII. Activity & Accountability
-Members should remain reasonably active or notify leadership of absences.
Extended inactivity without notice may result in demotion or discharge.
IX. Rank, Authority & Advancement
-Rank is earned through contribution, reliability, and leadership.
-Abuse of rank or authority will be punished.
-Respect flows both up and down the chain of command.
X. Enforcement & Discipline
-Leadership reserves full authority to:
-Issue warnings
-Apply demotions
-Suspend membership
-Permanently remove members
Decisions are made in the interest of the Empire, not individuals.
FINAL DECLARATION
-By serving under the banner of The Warriors Empire, you accept this Code of Conduct.
Those who uphold it will find strength, unity, and legacy.
Those who defy it will find no shelter here.
