Article I – Purpose

TexStar Industries exists to establish a premier industrial and logistics corporation dedicated to mining, salvaging, refining, manufacturing, transportation, and commerce throughout the ‘verse.

Our mission is to create sustainable prosperity for our members while maintaining professionalism, integrity, and operational excellence.

Article II – Core Values

Article III – Membership

Membership is open to pilots who:

Membership may be suspended or revoked for conduct that damages the organization.

Article IV – Member Rights

Every member has the right to:

• Voice concerns through the chain of command.
• Earn rewards consistent with their contributions.

Article V – Member Responsibilities

Members are expected to:

• Represent TexStar Industries professionally.
• Follow operational leadership during missions.
• Protect organizational assets.
• Assist fellow members whenever practical.
• Maintain honesty in financial and logistical reporting (the money you make is your money, you are not required to pay the organization anything).
• Prioritize safety during industrial operations.

Article VI – Organizational Structure

The organization shall consist of:

Coordinates mining, salvage, logistics, manufacturing, and security operations.

• Division Leaders

Manage specific departments and train personnel.

• Members

Carry out daily operations and contribute to organizational growth.

Every operation shall emphasize:

This Charter may be amended by Executive Leadership when necessary to ensure TexStar Industries continues to serve its mission while adapting to changes within the Star Citizen universe.
