FOUNDING METRIC: THE PYRO SHIFT

Tough Yields from Pyro Operations didn’t start in a boardroom. It started in the dirty, high-pressure cargo bays of corporate-owned hull-scrapers and deep-space mining platforms. For years, founders hazthematt and Dreadx810 pulled massive fortunes out of the black, only to watch corporate executives take the lion’s share of the profit while leaving the crews to sweat out the radiation storms with bare-minimum security.

The breaking point came in 2956. Armed with two lifetimes of industrial expertise, a handful of heavily modified multi-crew ships, and a mutual refusal to keep dying for someone else’s bottom line, the duo cut ties with corporate space. They packed up, flew past the borders of strict UEE control, and established independent operations right in the volatile heart of the Pyro system.

THE EVOLUTION

You don’t survive in Pyro just by running a mining laser; you survive by knowing how to fight. TYPO quickly adapted to the lawless frontier. When pirates targeted their haul, the crew didn’t call for help—they cleared the grid themselves. It wasn’t long before the crew realized that hunting down the local scum and collecting tracking bounties paid just as well as stripping down a derelict Starfarer.

Today, TYPO stands as a premier, independent blue-collar consortium. We are the ghosts in the asteroid belts and the heavy armor on the salvage yard floor. We mine the molten rock, we tear down the forgotten hulls, we craft our own destiny, and we put a bullet in anyone foolish enough to try and take it from us.

I. CORPORATE STRUCTURE

TYPO operates as an independent, casual crew. There is no military roleplay, no mandatory operational hours, and no rigid hierarchy here. We value functional, straightforward cooperation.

II. MEMBER EXPECTATIONS

Commitment: Casual. Real life always comes first. There are no mandatory attendance requirements or minimum activity hours.

Role Selection: Members are free to specialize in industrial logistics (Mining/Salvage/Crafting) or tactical operations (Bounty Hunting/Security) depending on the needs of the day.

The Split: Group operations utilize a fair-share system where all participating crew members receive an equal split of the total processed yield or bounty payout after operating costs.

Operating in high-risk environments like the Pyro system, we specialize in heavy resource extraction, deep-space salvage, and independent crafting operations. We don’t just find resources; we secure them.

II. CONTRACTS & SECURITY

While our primary profit margins come from the mining laser and the salvage claw, TYPO maintains active secondary operations in local security and bounty hunting. We believe the best defense is a heavy offense—if a skip has a price on their head or an outlaw tries to lock down our claim, we clear the grid.
