The UEE Navy Reserve Arm provides system defense and fleet support in times of need. Composed of reservists, veterans, and civilian affiliates, we hold the line when stability cannot fail.

History

The UEE Navy Reserve Arm was established to answer a simple but persistent reality of interstellar warfare:
frontline fleets cannot be everywhere at once.

As the United Earth Empire expanded across dozens of systems, the Navy recognized the need for a standing body capable of holding territory, protecting infrastructure, and reinforcing active fleets without permanently committing frontline assets.

The Reserve Arm was formalized as a solution—composed of retained hulls, experienced personnel, reservists, and licensed civilian support. Its purpose was not rapid conquest, but continuity.

Throughout the Tevarin conflicts and the ongoing Vanduul War, Reserve Arm forces have:

  • Guarded jump points and orbital lanes
  • Maintained security around population centers
  • Reinforced overstretched task forces
  • Provided relief and stability after major engagements

The Reserve Arm does not seek distinction or glory.
Its presence is most often felt after the headlines move on.

Today, the UEE Navy Reserve Arm continues to serve as a stabilizing force—ready to respond to crises, reinforce allies, and ensure that when the line shifts, it does not collapse.

Manifesto

We are not the first to arrive. We are the ones who remain.

The UEE Navy Reserve Arm exists to provide stability where chaos threatens, to reinforce where pressure mounts, and to hold when others are called away.

We believe:

  • That preparation matters more than reaction
  • That experience is as valuable as firepower
  • That defense is not passive, but deliberate
  • That service can take many forms

Some among us are reservists.
Some are veterans.
Some are civilians and contractors who choose to stand alongside the Empire rather than apart from it.

All are bound by the same principle:

When we are called, we answer.
