Motto: Dextera Sanguinea Vindictae
Civilization is built by the Left Hand. The Left Hand writes laws, signs treaties, shakes hands, and builds walls to keep the darkness out. But the Left Hand is bound by the very rules it creates. It is slow. It is public. It is merciful.
But there are threats that do not respect laws, treaties, or walls. There are evils that hide in the blind spots of justice. When the Left Hand is tied, the Right Hand must act.
The world is an equation that constantly unbalances. Terror, anarchy, and corruption seek to tip the scales toward chaos. We are the weight on the other side. We do not seek war, but we finish it. We are the red ink on the ledger of history, balancing the debt of blood with blood.
A hand does not think; it acts according to the will of the body. We have no politics. We have no personal vendettas. We are the kinetic manifestation of the State’s will. Where the State points, we strike. We are not judges; we are the executioners.
There is no half-measure in survival. When the Red Right Hand is deployed, the objective is not negotiation or containment. The objective is erasure. We do not wound; we excise. We paint the final line so that others may live within the margins of safety.
We walk in the dark so that the light remains untainted by our deeds. We accept that our victories will never be celebrated, our sacrifices never mourned, and our names never known. We are the sins of the State, buried deep, so the public may sleep with a clear conscience.
We are the long reach of justice and the bloody hand of fate.
This Charter governs the conduct, discipline, and soul of every operative of the 174th Battle Group. Violation of these articles results in immediate termination.
“The Hand Has No Name.”
From the moment of induction, the operative ceases to exist as an individual. You have no past. You have no future outside the unit. You are a number, a callsign, a weapon. You will seek no glory, claim no credit, and leave no trace. Your face is the face of the unit; your voice is the sound of the mission. To be known is to fail.
“The Grip Does Not Yield.”
Once an objective is engaged, it must be completed. There is no retreat, no surrender, and no failure. Obstacles are not reasons to stop; they are variables to be eliminated. If the primary plan fails, the hand makes a fist and smashes through. The mission ends only when the target is neutralized or the operative is dead.
“Blood Washes Off.”
If captured, the operative is alone. The State will not acknowledge you. The Unit will not save you. You carry the means to ensure you are never interrogated. The secrets of the Right Hand are more valuable than the life of any single finger. You will protect the silence with your final breath.
“One Pulse, One Vein.”
Internal conflict is the death of the unit. Loyalty to the operative beside you is absolute, second only to the mission. We share the burden of the blood we spill. No operative is left behind, dead or alive, unless their recovery compromises the existence of the Unit itself.
“Dextera Sanguinea Vindictae.”
We do not strike in anger, but we strike with devastating finality. Violence is our currency, and we pay in full. When we are unleashed, we ensure that the threat is not just stopped, but dismantled so thoroughly that it can never rise again.
