Welcome to the United Trade & Commission Alliance. Our primary objectives include whatever makes the next best ROI. Members aren’t just contractors — they’re part of a network that values skill, honor, and the pursuit of prosperity among the stars.

History

The United Trade & Commission Alliance began not in a boardroom or under a corporate banner, but on the worn metal decking of a backwater loading bay in the Stanton system. A handful of independent pilots—haulers, medics, couriers, and small‑time freelancers—found themselves repeatedly crossing paths at the same outposts, each struggling against the same problems: unstable contracts, predatory middlemen, and the constant risk of flying alone in a system that rewarded strength in numbers.
What started as a loose pact between captains to share intel and watch each other’s backs slowly grew into something more structured. Word spread quickly among the grassroots contractor community. Pilots who had spent years scraping by on unreliable commissions found a place where their work was respected, their skills valued, and their safety taken seriously. The Alliance didn’t promise riches—it promised fairness, stability, and a network that lifted everyone together.
As more members joined, the UTCA formalized its operations: shared trade routes, coordinated rescue protocols, pooled resources for ship repairs, and a rotating leadership council chosen from the ranks of working pilots. The Alliance’s reputation for integrity and reliability soon attracted legitimate clients, and with them came prosperity. What began as a handful of freelancers protecting each other became a recognized force in the region—neutral, dependable, and proudly independent.
Today, the UTCA stands as a testament to what ordinary spacers can build when they refuse to be overlooked. It remains rooted in its founding spirit: an organization built from the ground up, by the people who fly the missions, for the people who keep the stars connected.
