FOUNDING

Victrix Security Group was founded with a vision to provide elite, adaptable security solutions for the growing needs of both corporate and civilian sectors. Established by a group of seasoned professionals, the organization quickly became known for its precision, efficiency, and unwavering commitment to operational excellence. Rooted in values of accountability and coordination, Victrix’s mission is to serve with the highest level of professionalism, delivering exceptional security services across diverse industries while maintaining a strong focus on the United Empire of Earth’s ideals.

MILESTONES

HUMBLE BEGINNINGS (2950-2953):
Originally established in 2950 as Regulus Security Solutions, the company quickly made its mark in the corporate security field. In 2953, to better reflect its expanded capabilities and ambitious future, Regulus was renamed to Victrix Security Group.

EXPANSION OF SERVICES (2953-2954):
Victrix diversifies its offerings, adding advanced security solutions and logistics support to address the evolving demands of its growing client base.

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH THE UEE (2954):
In response to the UEE’s Militia Mobilization Initiative, Victrix positioned itself as a key private security contractor. This initiative led to a strategic partnership with the UEE, cementing Victrix’s role as a trusted provider for securing critical infrastructure and high-value assets.

PREAMBLE

Victrix Security Group is a private military corporation built around discipline, chain of command, and results. Every organization member is bound by this charter. Acceptance of membership constitutes unconditional agreement to the provisions herein.

ARTICLE ONEEMPLOYEE EXPECTATIONS

Each employee enlisted in The Initiative is expected to follow the rules, regulations, and conduct set forth under Article One and its following sections.

§1.1 — An employee is expected to hold their self with honor, respect, and professionalism at all times.

§1.2 — A employee is expected, while on the battlefield, to follow the orders of their superior officer to the best of his or her ability.

§1.3 — A employee is expected to fulfill their designated position to the best of their abilities. In a competitive setting, a employee that is found to be under performing may have their individual performance reviewed by their section peers.

ARTICLE TWOORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

§2.1 — Victrix Security Group shall be organized into four divisions, each headed by their applicable Chief Officer:

   ◆  VICTRIX HEADQUARTERS – Executives, administration, and training services.
   ◆  VICTRIX OPERATIONS – Naval combat operations, marine corps, and aerospace wing.
   ◆  VICTRIX LOGISTICS – Resource acquisition, supply chain, and manufacturing.
   ◆  VICTRIX TECHNOLOGIES – Research, development, and special projects.

§2.2 — The CEO and all subordinate Chief Officers shall serve as the supreme governing body, responsible for organization-level decisions, alterations, and charter amendments.

ARTICLE THREEINTERNAL STRUCTURE

§3.1 — Personnel shall be assigned rank upon application approval and shall advance per merit, activity, and leadership recommendation.

  (a) – Personnel assigned within Victrix Logistics and Victrix Technologies will receive a civilian job code.

  (b) – Personnel assigned within Victrix Operations will will select a service arm and receive a military job code.

     (i) – Both service arms have a distinct ranking system under a unified chain of command.

     (ii) – Both service arms have a unique, but unified command structure.

§3.2 — Promotion to the next rank or position requires the endorsement of a Grade IV leader within a member’s assigned division.

  (a) – After endorsement, the promotion request will be evaluated by the Executive Team with subsequent     approval or denial decision.

§3.3 — Executive promotions and appointments are exclusive to the Chief Executive Officer.

  (a) – Personnel within the the Executive Team may be removed at will by the CEO.

  (b) – Organization restructure(s) may only be approved by the CEO.

ARTICLE FOURCODE OF CONDUCT

CHAIN OF COMMAND

§4.1 — The chain of command is absolute. Orders issued by superior officers shall be followed without exception unless they are in direct contravention of this charter or the Corporate Bylaws.

§4.2 — Personnel shall not circumvent, undermine, or publicly contest the authority of a commanding officer. Disputes shall be raised through proper channels following the conclusion of an operation.

§4.3 — Leadership personnel (Grade IV and above) are expected to exercise authority with professionalism and accountability. The chain of command protects all personnel — it is not an instrument of personal authority.

OPERATIONAL CONDUCT

§4.4 — Personnel shall not engage neutral or allied vessels, installations, or personnel without a valid contract mandate or direct officer authorization.

§4.5 — Griefing, spawn-camping, deliberate interference with non-hostile players, and conduct unbecoming a member of Victrix Security Group are prohibited and shall constitute grounds for immediate disciplinary action.

§4.6 — All mining, salvage, and assets recovered in the field shall be reported and logged through Victrix Logistics in accordance with standing distribution policy.

§4.7 — Withdrawal orders issued by a commanding officer are binding on all subordinate personnel without exception.

PUBLIC IMAGE & REPRESENTATION

§4.8 — Personnel are expected to maintain an active presence within the Organization.

  (a) – Unannounced extended absence shall be subject to rank review at the discretion of the Executive Team.

  (a) – Personnel intending to be absent for an extended period shall notify their applicable Department Head.

     (i) – Approved absences shall not be subject to rank review.

§4.9 — Victrix Security Group shall be represented with professionalism in all public-facing interactions regardless of platform.

§4.10 — Conduct that materially damages the reputation of Victrix Security Group shall be treated as a serious breach subject to Level 3 disciplinary proceedings.

CONDUCT VIOLATIONS

§4.11 — Violations of this Charter Conduct shall be adjudicated in accordance with the Organization Disciplinary Framework as defined in the Corporate Bylaws:

   ◆  Level 1 — Verbal warning
   ◆  Level 2 — Written warning and/or grade reduction
   ◆  Level 3 — Final warning and/or multi-grade reduction
   ◆  Level 4 — Immediate termination

List of Minor infractions (Level 1 and Level 2):

   ◆  Excessive Spamming or Trolling
   ◆  Consistent Insubordination During Operations
   ◆  Inciting Political or Religious Debates

List of Major infractions (Level 3 and Level 4):

   ◆  Repeated Toxic Behavior
   ◆  Racism / Sexism / Hate Speech
   ◆  Sexual Harassment
   ◆  Threatening Another Member or Affiliate
   ◆  Doxxing (Distribution of Real-Life Personal Information)
   ◆  Posting Illicit or Illegal Imagery
   ◆  Posting Cheats, Hacks, Game Modifications, or Malicious Files

ARTICLE FIVEEXTERNAL RELATIONS

§5.1 — Victrix Security Group shall maintain organizational neutrality and may accept contracts from any lawful party, provided such engagements do not place personnel in direct conflict with allied organizations.

  (a) – Alliance agreements require Executive Team approval and CEO ratification.

ARTICLE SIXCHARTER AMENDMENTS

§6.1 — This charter shall be reviewed quarterly. Amendments require a four-fifths Executive Team supermajority and CEO ratification. Proposals may be submitted by personnel holding a Grade IV position or above.
