Valkyrie Medical Regiment was founded in response to a growing problem across the Stanton system: wounded pilots left stranded in hostile zones, rescue beacons unanswered, and operations collapsing due to the lack of organized medical support.

What began as a small team of disciplined medics operating from a single Cutlass Red quickly evolved into a structured rapid-response unit. Early deployments focused on high-risk beacon recoveries and lawful contract support, where security and medical coordination were equally critical.

As operations expanded, the Regiment acquired an Apollo-class medical platform, allowing for advanced trauma care and sustained field deployments. With increased capability came increased responsibility. Valkyrie established clear doctrine: secure first, stabilize fast, extract clean.

Unlike freelance responders, Valkyrie was built on military structure and operational discipline. Every deployment emphasized coordination between medical personnel, security elements, and flight crews. This foundation allowed the Regiment to scale without losing its identity.

Charter

Article I – Purpose

Valkyrie Medical Regiment exists to provide lawful, organized medical response and security support in high-risk environments. Our primary mission is to secure, stabilize, and extract personnel with discipline and professionalism.

Article II – Authority & Command

The Regiment operates under a defined chain of command to ensure operational efficiency and accountability.

Command Staff holds final authority on deployments, contracts, and disciplinary matters.
Officers are responsible for operational readiness and member conduct.
Members are expected to follow lawful orders during deployments.
Leadership exists to coordinate — not to dominate. Authority is exercised with responsibility and transparency.

Article III – Operational Doctrine

Secure the area before medical intervention when necessary.
Preserve life whenever possible.
Maintain lawful alignment in all engagements.
Withdraw from operations that violate our standards or integrity.
Protect Regiment personnel at all times.

We do not engage in piracy, unlawful aggression, or reckless conduct.

Article IV – Conduct & Professionalism

All members will:

Represent the Regiment with discipline and respect.
Maintain composure in public channels.
Avoid unnecessary escalation.
Support fellow members during and outside operations.

Semi-casual culture does not mean undisciplined behaviour. Professionalism defines us.
