History Manifesto Charter

History

Founded in 2942, Voidlock Security began as a small freelance escort and protection group operating in the Stanton system. Originally a handful of ex-UEE militia veterans and independent contractors, the organization quickly gained a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and client-first operations.

Over time, Voidlock Security grew into a tight-knit organization with a clear chain of command, balancing freedom for its members with strict operational discipline during missions.

From escorting high-value cargo in the lawless reaches of Pyro to protecting UEE citizens in volatile sectors, Voidlock Security has always prioritized client safety above all else, earning trust across the frontier.

Manifesto

Voidlock Security exists to provide protection, enforce order, and uphold contracts in the vast expanse of space, while respecting the casual nature of its membership.

Core Beliefs:

Client Safety First – Every mission, every decision, prioritizes the well-being of those who hire us.

Casual, but Reliable – Members are free to play as they wish, but during operations, professionalism and discipline prevail.

Teamwork Above Ego – Trust and cooperation are the lifeblood of Voidlock Security; no one operates alone during contracts.

Merit and Respect – Rank and authority are earned and respected, not abused.

Adventure and Enjoyment – Voidlock Security exists to enjoy Star Citizen, explore the stars, and grow stronger together.

Charter

1. Organization Structure

Security Colonel – Ultimate leadership, strategic decision-making, and final authority.

Security Major – Operational command, mission planning, and oversight.

Security Officer – Squad leaders, responsible for their team’s performance and discipline.

Security Agent – Core members executing missions and operations.

2. Membership

Membership is open to any individual willing to uphold Voidlock Security standards.

Real-life obligations take priority; activity quotas are not enforced, but participation is encouraged.

3. Operational Rules

Client Safety is #1 Priority – Life and safety of the client come before all else.

Client Objectives Second – Protecting cargo, assets, and mission success follow safety.

Obedience to Chain of Command – Orders from higher ranks are followed during operations.

Respect and Professional Conduct – Harassment, griefing, or sabotage are prohibited.

Friendly Fire – Accidents are forgiven; intentional harm is not tolerated.

Communication Discipline – Clear, concise callouts during operations; casual chat outside.

4. Participation

Members are encouraged to take part in contracts, patrols, and org missions.

Supporting fellow members builds trust and operational efficiency.

5. Representation

Members flying under the Voidlock banner must act in a manner that upholds the org’s reputation.

Personal gain or side objectives must never endanger clients or the org.

6. Amendment Procedure

Changes to the Charter or Manifesto must be proposed by a Security Colonel or Major, discussed among Officers, and ratified by the leadership council.
