History
Founded in 2948 by former security contractor Darius Kade, VYPR began as a ragtag band of prospectors and freelance bounty hunters working from CRU-L1. Kade had seen firsthand how vulnerable independent miners were—easy prey for pirates, claim jumpers, and corrupt corporate enforcers. His solution was simple: combine firepower with industry. By uniting miners and hunters under one banner, profits could be defended, and every hostile encounter could be turned into a payday.

VYPR’s Branches
Enforcement Division
- The sword and shield of VYPR. The Enforcement Division is responsible for protecting VYPR personnel, ships, cargo, and operational interests. This includes security work, interdiction, bounty hunting, contract protection, and hostile response.
- Enforcement exists so the rest of the organisation can operate with confidence. Whether escorting Industrial crews into dangerous areas, responding to threats, or taking part in direct contract work, this division represents VYPR’s combat capability and operational strength. Medical recovery functions are also being worked into this division to broaden its support role during operations.
Industrial Division
- The backbone of VYPR. The Industrial Division is responsible for mining, salvage, and resource acquisition. It forms the economic core of the organisation and provides the materials and profits that allow VYPR to continue expanding.
- Industrial members are not just gathering ore or stripping wrecks. They are helping fund ships, sustain operations, and generate the value that powers the wider organisation. This branch is ideal for those who enjoy productive, goal-driven gameplay and want their efforts to contribute to something larger than a solo haul.
Logistics Division
- The lifeline of VYPR. The Logistics Division handles movement, fulfilment, transport chains, and support between all areas of the organisation. If Industrial produces the value and Enforcement protects it, Logistics ensures it gets where it needs to go.
- This branch plays a key part in turning resources and contracts into completed outcomes. From hauling and resupply to operational movement and wider support, Logistics keeps VYPR functioning smoothly and efficiently.
Commitment
VYPR is a primary organisation only.
We do not accept affiliates. Members are expected to set VYPR as their main organisation and represent it accordingly. Our structure depends on commitment, consistency, and trust between divisions. We are building a unified organisation, not a loose network of part-time affiliations.

Charter
Article I – Purpose
VYPR is established as a unified corporate syndicate operating across the dual domains of resource extraction and enforcement operations.
The organisation exists to generate, protect, and expand wealth through coordinated Industrial, Logistics, and Enforcement activities.
Our mandate is as follows:
To secure profit through power, and power through unity.
Article II – Organisational Structure
VYPR is comprised of three primary operational divisions, each fulfilling a defined role within the organisation:
Industrial Division
Responsible for prospecting, mining, refining, and salvage operations.
This division forms the economic foundation of VYPR through the acquisition of valuable resources.
Enforcement Division
Responsible for security, interdiction, bounty hunting, and asset recovery.
This division ensures the protection of VYPR personnel, operations, and interests, while actively neutralising external threats.
Logistics Division
Responsible for transport, supply chains, operational movement, and fulfilment.
This division maintains organisational flow, ensuring all assets, personnel, and resources are delivered where required.
All divisions operate in mutual support.
Resources fund operations. Operations project power. Power secures resources.
Article III – Membership & Affiliation
Membership within VYPR constitutes formal alignment with the organisation and its objectives.
All members are required to:
Operate under the VYPR name and banner
Contribute to one or more operational divisions
Uphold the standards and expectations defined within this Charter
VYPR operates as a primary organisation only.
Affiliation with external organisations is not permitted.
Members are expected to represent VYPR as their sole organisational priority.
Article IV – Code of Conduct
All members of VYPR are bound by the following principles:
Professionalism
Members will conduct themselves with discipline, competence, and respect in all operations and interactions.
Loyalty
Actions taken against the interests of VYPR, including theft, internal sabotage, or unauthorised hostile activity, will result in immediate expulsion and potential retaliation.
Discipline
Lawful orders issued by Command Staff and Division Leadership are to be followed during operations.
Confidentiality
Operational details, internal systems, and organisational information are not to be disclosed outside of VYPR.
Article V – Governance & Authority
VYPR operates under a defined leadership structure to ensure clarity, efficiency, and accountability:
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Holds ultimate authority over strategic direction, organisational policy, and external relations.
Command Staff / Management
Responsible for organisational oversight, operational planning, and execution of strategic objectives.
Division Leadership
Responsible for the management and coordination of their respective divisions.
Members (Associates and below)
Responsible for executing operations, fulfilling contracts, and contributing to the organisation’s continued success.
Authority flows downward. Responsibility is shared across all levels.
Article VI – Operational Doctrine
VYPR operates as an integrated force.
Industrial generates value.
Logistics distributes and sustains it.
Enforcement protects and expands it.
All operations are conducted with coordination between divisions wherever possible, ensuring maximum efficiency, security, and profitability.

Ratification
By joining VYPR, members acknowledge and accept the terms set forth within this Charter.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in disciplinary action, up to and including removal from the organisation.
