History

Founded in 2948 by former security contractor Darius Kade, VYPR began as a ragtag band of prospectors and freelance bounty hunters working the Aaron Halo. Kade had seen firsthand how vulnerable independent miners were—easy prey for pirates, claim jumpers, and corrupt corporate enforcers. His solution was simple: combine firepower with industry. By uniting miners and hunters under one banner, profits could be defended, and every hostile encounter could be turned into a payday.

At first, VYPR was little more than a handful of miners running MISC Prospectors and a few ex-advocacy bounty hunters flying patched-together fighters. But the model worked. Mining expeditions protected by in-house hunters quickly outpaced the profits of unprotected crews, and word spread. By 2950, VYPR had grown into a formalized corporate entity with its own charter, fleet standards, and internal structure.

The Industrial Division specialized in resource extraction and logistics, feeding ore and refined materials into the Stanton economy. Meanwhile, the Enforcement Division expanded into bounty hunting, interdiction, and corporate security contracting. Together, they created a self-sustaining loop: ore funded weapons, and weapons protected ore.

Over the years, VYPR became known for operating in high-risk zones—pushing deep into the Aaron Halo, mining volatile Quantanium under heavy pirate activity, and turning resource claims into fortified strongholds. Their reputation as both miners and predators earned them the nickname “the fangs in the rock.”

Today, VYPR maintains a growing presence across Stanton, working from refineries, stations, and orbital outposts. Officially, they present themselves as a frontier resource and security corporation. Unofficially, they are a syndicate with a simple creed:

VYPR — Where Extraction Meets Enforcement.

Manifesto

We are VYPR.
Born in the dust of fractured claims and lawless belts, we forged ourselves into something more than miners, more than hunters. We are both.

We believe resources are power. Ore fuels fleets. Credits buy influence. And in the void, only those who protect what they take will endure.

We stand for:

Extraction – every rock broken is opportunity seized.

Enforcement – every contract fulfilled is order restored.

Efficiency – discipline, precision, and profit above all.

Unity – one banner, one purpose, no wasted effort.

To our allies, we are protection and prosperity.
To our enemies, we are inevitability.

We don’t just mine the frontier.
We master it.

VYPR — Where Extraction Meets Enforcement.

Charter

Article I – Purpose

VYPR exists to secure dominance in the dual arenas of resource extraction and enforcement operations. We operate as a unified corporate syndicate, balancing industrial wealth creation with security, bounty hunting, and strategic interdiction. Our mandate is simple: profit through power, and power through unity.

Article II – Structure

VYPR is divided into two primary divisions:

Industrial Division:

Prospecting, mining, refining, and logistics.

Responsible for the acquisition and transport of valuable resources.

Enforcement Division:

Security, bounty hunting, interdiction, and asset recovery.

Ensures the safety of VYPR operations and the elimination of threats.

Both divisions are interdependent—ore funds weapons, and weapons defend ore.

Article III – Membership

All members of VYPR operate under a single banner and code of conduct.

Members are expected to contribute to either Industrial or Enforcement operations, or both.

Unity, discipline, and loyalty to the organization supersede personal gain.

Article IV – Conduct

Professionalism – VYPR members act with precision and respect in all operations.

Loyalty – Betrayal, piracy against allies, or theft of assets will result in immediate expulsion and retribution.

Discipline – Orders from division leads and command staff are to be followed without hesitation.

Secrecy – Internal operations, assets, and strategies remain confidential.

Article V – Governance

CEO & Management: Strategic leadership, direction, and external representation.

Division Leads: Oversee day-to-day operations of Industrial and Enforcement arms.

Associates: General membership, executing tasks, contracts, and missions.

Article VI – Vision

To become the premier force where corporate extraction meets frontier enforcement. VYPR will carve its name into the stars—not as scavengers, not as mercenaries, but as an interstellar power that thrives where others falter.
