History
Alone in dark. Watching, waiting, listening…
Covert deep recon missions were what Kallian Iscan most looked forward to. It sure beat the mind-numbing routine of flying orbits while on CAP and contrasted starkly with the excitement to be had when her unit rotated into running strike missions along the frontier.
Though she found even the fleet’s Bengals claustrophobic with nothing but her Hornet’s canopy between her and the vacuum of space she felt free. When the Hornet she was riding between the stars was ‘Black Beauty’, her void armour-equipped stealth bird, that feeling of freedom became almost transcendent.
While drifting quietly far from the fleet, rather than the dull greens and greys that flickered in her peripheral vision as the leading edges of the wings of a standard Hornet caught and reflected rays of distant starlight, Black Beauty’s armour seemed to soak up that starlight becoming one with the blackness as it did so.

The Watchers in the Dark never knowingly trade with or undertake work on behalf of criminals.
We do business based on reputation. Both ours and yours. Client confidentiality is key and we ask only those questions of you that are vital to being able to conduct our business to your benefit. However, we reserve the right to terminate a contract at any time should we discover during its execution that the contract contravenes UEE laws. Any fees collected in advance of completion of the contract will be refunded minus any expenses and compensation due to calculated loss of other contracts whilst engaged by you. In the event that we cancel a transport contract upon discovery of such as described above, the deliverables can be returned to you for a fee.
