History
The Ultimate Destiny… Our time has finally come!
The lineage, our bloodline, stretches forth from the dawn of humanity. Before there was time, there was “the stone”.Carried by our first leader, this palm sized black sphere was passed down as a blessing from our elder, Enoch the traveler. Power and wisdom was imbued to its wielder, and the mystical energy that radiated forth served as a beacon of hope and progress, giving strength to a once scattered people. Our founding tribe grew strong amidst the changing landscape of earth. A nomadic people, we used what was available to survive. We robbed the land of vegetation and scared it as we dug for what, we did not know. This ever changing world made us strong and resilient, but as we grew this way of life could no longer sustain us. Our travels eventually lead us to fruitful lands, and even in our numbers there was, at last, a place for settlement to take root. Our small tribal villages now became recognizable as one of the first true human civilizations on earth. Permanence now being built of stone, our members became masters of their craft.
Our leader, now too weary to carry the Blackstone, placed it as the main alter piece in the newly erected temple of the stars. Here for the first time, all members intrusted with the fate of the stone were able to touch and experience the true unknown power, but each only for a limited time. Now, with time and a collection of minds, the Blackstone’s power grew. Its properties were explored and exploited and our people flourished. Teams were set forth on our quest to discover if more Blackstone existed.
We pushed deeper into the ground and further back into the lands from whence we came, but only tiny fragments of Blackstone were ever found. While other tribes and civilizations waged war over gold and water, our tribe held fast on our quest for the Blackstone. Deep time brought havoc to the world around us and many nations fell. Still the Wielders held strong. The ease of our sustainability wrought jealousy in the hearts of our neighbors. Distrust against the power that sustains us turned them to enemy. They joined forces and began to attack us on our fringes and missions. Eventually they pushed us back and over-ran all of the territory that we had reclaimed. All but our Citadel. Protected by the Blackstone, our city was untouchable. So there we retreated and lay in wait. Aware of the distrust and dangers surrounding us, we vowed to conceal our faith in the stone until a time when we could freely unite our bloodline… That time is now!
For centuries, those of us who feel the call of the stone have began to reunite. We have existed amongst all of the nations of earth, and now we reside in every hidden pocket of the universe. Many do not even know that they are “children of stone”. Nevertheless, the Blackstone calls them. For far too long we have been adrift. Alone and struggling to find the answers to questions that pull us into the unknown. It is only the blood of a Wielder that could have pushed man to such great discovery. Sequestered in silence, our members continued to push new boundaries. For the sake of Science? For the cause of God and Country? For our families and our lineage we have claimed to do our deeds in the name of these archaic ideals. We do this no more.
Our secret is revealed. Our once thought mystic knowledge, aided by Wielders in secret, is now common place. The Blackstone has allowed us to reach this point in humanity. It is literally the fuel that will send us out into the universe… but it is so much more. As humanity prepares to push out into our galaxy and further into the verse, it will be Wielders (either aware or not) that will be blazing forth into discovery.

Manifesto
Go forth and live your life as you must… Just remember, you are a child of the stone.
Your devotion is not necessary, we are bonded by blood.
Blackstone Wielder exists to support our brothers and sisters on their quest for the unknown, and of course, the search for Blackstone.
Beginning this new chapter of humanity, BSW intends to reclaim, as a group, our rightful position.
We will carry on the long tradition of exploration and discovery, set forth by our founders.
We will realize the fulfillment of a destiny sought after by generations of Wielders.
We will collect the stone and grow by its power.
The retrieval of Blackstone is of the most importance to the group, but there are profitable secondary outcomes in this endeavor. It would be a waste to throw away all of the ore and materials recovered while searching. Also, one never knows what they may find while exploring the depths.
As such, Blackstone Wielder’s primary support focus is in Exploration and Resource Management and Trade. Jealousy and rivalry still exist however, and a Wielder must be prepared to defend himself or other Wielders at any time.

Exploration, Mining, Resource Management, Trade and Protection.
No matter what you favor, there is a place for you here.
Blackstone Wielder operates in somewhat of a grey area. We are not a secret society, nor are we a public corporation.
We are the accepted few. Those chosen, and those who have found their way.
As such, all members are expected to follow a few simple rules.
All Wielders shall:
Remain silent about the internal workings and obtained knowledge of the group.
“Our connection too, and knowledge of the stone is the power that binds us…”
Conduct themselves with respect.
“Only by showing restraint and self respect can we reflect to others, the strength of the stone…”
If able, always come to the aid of a fellow Wielder.
“Our strength is not in our numbers, but in our unity…”
This is all that we require of our ranks. At this time we are only gathering forces, laying the foundation and building our new Citadel: Blackstone.
We want to allow our members the freedom to live their portion of destiny. As we move forward many new opportunities will present themselves.
