Origins
At some point in the 21st Century, the British corporation Weyland Corp eventually merged with the Japanese company Yutani Corporation and became the antecedents to the Weyland-Yutani conglomerate corporation.
Founded
2953 Our Corporation was established by RavenSnail64 and Talon1066 current CEO/Board Members, progress has been slow with the corporation’s vision of doing what it takes to obtain specimens at all costs and receiving funds by any means necessary.
Member recruitment
Growth has been slow and thus specimen acquisition has been slow however members PoloTrooper, Ghost_of_Tomorrow and Kitsunne09 have quickly gone up the ranks to become our Human Resources and Marketing Managers in hopes of growing the Corporation to become the leading Exploration Force in the Verse.

I. Core Philosophy
At Weyland-Yutani, we believe that the future is not found; it is built. Our mission is to push the boundaries of human achievement through Expansion, Innovation, and Domination. Building Better Worlds: We specialize in large-scale industrial operations, including mining, terraforming, and deep-space colonization.
Specimen Acquisition: Our Research and Development division is dedicated to the study and preservation of organic lifeforms. We believe that evolution is too slow; we seek the “upgrade” for humanity.
Security & Asset Protection: Through our partnership with specialized security forces, we ensure that corporate interests are protected across all sectors of known space.

CORPORATE CHARTER: WEYLAND-YUTANI (2953)
Article I: Unity and Profit
Collective Strength: Every member’s primary objective is the advancement of the Corporation.
Respect & Protocol: All employees shall treat one another with professional courtesy, regardless of rank. Disrespect toward superior officers or the Board is grounds for immediate contract termination.
Article II: Fleet Operations & Designations
Capital-Class Management: Owners of Javelins, Idrisi, and Krakens are designated as Division Managers.
Asset Protection: Javelin and Polaris captains are the first line of defense. They are mandated to protect corporate mining flotillas at all costs.
Industrial Priority: Miners are the “blood of the organization.” Heavy miners (Orion/Mole) receive priority landing and refueling at corporate Kraken stations.
Article III: Financial Distribution
Corporate Tax: To maintain security and infrastructure, 30% of all industrial profits are diverted to the Corporate Protection Fund.
Member Payout: 70% of gross profits are distributed directly to the contributing miners and salvagers.
Contractors: Independent associates (Affiliates) keep 100% of their individual profits but must pay for their own fuel and repairs at corporate hubs.
Article IV: Special Order 937
In the event of a “priority specimen” discovery, all other mission objectives are rescinded.
The Specimen must be secured for transport to the nearest R&D facility.

Charter Amendment: Article V – Bio-Asset Management & Medical Flotilla
1. Mission Priority: Personnel Recovery
Our employees are high-value biological assets. The Weyland-Yutani Medical Flotilla is tasked with maintaining peak operational efficiency across the fleet. Death is an unacceptable loss of investment; regeneration is a corporate mandate.
2. Fleet Composition
The Apollo-Class Strategy: These ships serve as rapid-response trauma centers for frontline mining and security operations.
Endeavor “Hope” Platforms: Large-scale medical hubs that function as the primary respawn and research centers for long-term deep-space expeditions.
The Cutlass Red: Deployed as tactical “Asset Retrieval” units for extractions in high-threat zones.
3. Medical Service Protocols
Employee Tiered Care: High-ranking Executives and Senior Pilots receive Priority Alpha care, including Tier 1 medical beds and immediate insurance processing.
Standard Associate Care: Basic trauma stabilization and Tier 3 regeneration are provided as part of the standard employment contract.
External Client Services: Weyland-Yutani medical facilities may provide aid to non-corporate entities for a fee of 250% the standard UEC rate, provided it does not interfere with internal operations.
4. Bio-Research Mandate (Special Order 938)
All Medical Flotilla personnel are required to report and secure any anomalous biological data encountered during patient treatment. Any “unknown” organisms found on or within retrieved personnel are the sole property of the R&D division.
