At some point in the 21st Century, the British corporation Weyland Corp eventually merged with the Japanese company Yutani Corporation. This merger marked a significant turning point, as the company now dominated numerous sectors, ranging from technology and space travel to terraforming and colonial administration.The combined resources and expertise of both companies allowed Weyland-Yutani to exert considerable influence over human space exploration and settlement.

Building Better Worlds
Weyland-Yutani’s motto, “Building Better Worlds,” reflected its involvement in terraforming and colonizing efforts. The company played a pivotal role in establishing and managing off-world colonies, notably Hadley’s Hope on LV-426 and Freya’s Prospect on BG-386.

Downfall and Buy-Out by Wallmart
Despite its immense power and influence, Weyland-Yutani faced significant setbacks in the late 23rd century. Financial and political pressures, combined with legal challenges, led to the company’s downfall. In an unexpected turn, Weyland-Yutani was eventually bought out by Walmart, marking the end of an era for the once-dominant corporation. Not much is known about Walmart’s ventures that far in the future, but most likely, it focused on consumer products.

Resurgence
However, Weyland-Yutani’s story did not end there. Following the undoing of the United Systems Military after the destructive fall of the USM Auriga on Earth, The Company made a surprising comeback. Leveraging its role in Earth’s cleanup and rehabilitation, Weyland-Yutani regained public favor and re-established itself as a major corporate entity.

Our mission is to explore, innovate, and thrive while maintaining the highest standards of conduct. As members of this esteemed organization, we commit to upholding the following principles:

Article I: Unity and Respect

Unity: We recognize that our strength lies in our collective efforts. We shall work together, supporting one another to achieve our common goals.
Respect: Every member deserves respect. We shall treat each other courteously, regardless of rank or role.

Article II: Ethical Conduct

Honor and Integrity: We pledge to act with honor and integrity in all our endeavors. Cheating, exploiting, or engaging in malicious behavior tarnishes our reputation and undermines our purpose.
Fair Play: We embrace fair play.
Stream Sniping: Deliberately targeting streamers by watching their live streams to gain an unfair advantage in-game is prohibited.
Pad Ramming: Intentionally colliding with other players’ ships on landing pads to disrupt their gameplay is not allowed.
Exploits and Cheats: Using game exploits, cheats, or modifications to gain an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden
