1. Teamwork First
Z-SRO is built on cooperation. Every mission is a team effort. Lone wolf behavior isn’t tolerated—always watch your squadmates’ six, cover them, and support them when down. No speed-running or leaving members behind. Patience and communication are essential.
2. Crew a Single Ship
All missions are run with the full team aboard a single ship. Whoever takes the contract hosts the mission, and the crew fills roles as needed. Everyone has a purpose; there are no passengers. Team cohesion is key.
3. Roleplay Approach
We are a lighthearted, casual roleplay organization. Roleplay is encouraged but not mandatory. Strict voice acting is optional, and out-of-character communication is perfectly fine. If you’re expecting a mil-sim environment, Z-SRO may not be for you.
