How will I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification containing your tracking number. This can sometimes end up in your spam/junk folder so be sure to check there!

Please note: At this time, we are unable to combine multiple shipments and multiple item quantities will be shipped in separate packages. We apologize for the inconvenience.

How long should I expect between ordering and my item shipping? How long does it usually take for the shipment to arrive?

Items are ready to ship and will generally ship within a week of your purchase.
Shipping usually takes between 4-6 weeks, sometimes it can be delayed longer if there is a Holiday, or unforeseen circumstances. If you are concerned about the status of your order, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Where do I find my tracking number?

When your item ships you will receive an email that includes a tracking number. You can also locate your order and tracking number on the website by going to My RSI > My Account > Billing & Subscription.

How do I track my shipment?

You can track your order using sites like 17track.net and track-trace.com. You can use your tracking number through your local post website as soon as the item reaches your destination Country.

How do I change my shipping address?

If the item has not had the “shipping order created” we can change the address for you. Contact support@cloudimperiumgames.com if you need it changed.

What do I do if my item does not arrive in the 4-6 week time frame after shipping?

Contact support@cloudimperiumgames.com. We will take a look at the order and make sure the information looks correct. We may ask you to wait a few weeks to be sure the item is not delayed, but we are happy to help if need be.

Important Note:

If you have any doubt about an address you entered for an order please feel free to contact us to take a look at the order and make sure the information looks correctly inputted into the system. We frequently have some mistakes such as; zip code missing or put in incorrectly, region/state missing or incorrect, country missing. These will cause the order to not ship so it is important to catch errors like this as soon as possible!
