Once your order has shipped you will receive an email letting you know. This can sometimes end up in your spam/junk folder so be sure to check there!
Shipping usually takes between 4-6 weeks, sometimes it can be delayed longer if there is a Holiday, or unforeseen circumstances.
This depends on if the product is ready to ship or is still in production. It can vary between the next day, next week, and 2+ months. If an item is not ready for shipping this should be displayed on the item in the store.
When your item ships you will receive an email that includes a tracking number.

If the item has not had the “shipping order created” we can change the address for you. Contact email@example.com if you need it changed.

If you have any doubt about an address you entered for an order please feel free to contact us to take a look at the order and make sure the information looks correctly inputted into the system. We frequently have some mistakes such as; zip code missing or put in incorrectly, region/state missing or incorrect, country missing. These will cause the order to not ship so it is important to catch errors like this as soon as possible!
