Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification containing your tracking number. This can sometimes end up in your spam/junk folder so be sure to check there!
Please note: At this time, we are unable to combine multiple shipments and multiple item quantities will be shipped in separate packages. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Items are ready to ship and will generally ship within a week of your purchase.
Shipping usually takes between 4-6 weeks, sometimes it can be delayed longer if there is a Holiday, or unforeseen circumstances. If you are concerned about the status of your order, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
When your item ships you will receive an email that includes a tracking number. You can also locate your order and tracking number on the website by going to My RSI > My Account > Billing & Subscription.
If the item has not had the “shipping order created” we can change the address for you. Contact email@example.com if you need it changed.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will take a look at the order and make sure the information looks correct. We may ask you to wait a few weeks to be sure the item is not delayed, but we are happy to help if need be.
If you have any doubt about an address you entered for an order please feel free to contact us to take a look at the order and make sure the information looks correctly inputted into the system. We frequently have some mistakes such as; zip code missing or put in incorrectly, region/state missing or incorrect, country missing. These will cause the order to not ship so it is important to catch errors like this as soon as possible!
