A MedPen is a portable, multi-function individual first aid system manufactured by CureLife. Designed to stabilize wounded patients who are unable to reach a medical facility for immediate treatment, the Pancea MedGel within each MedPen promotes healing in non-fatal injuries by auto-sterilizing the area, stemming blood flow, and stimulating the skin to begin closing over the wound. There are additional types of MedPens that can be used to address specific issues, including but not limited to the OpioPen, used for relieving pain, and the DetoxPen, used to combat drug overdose. Once spent, an empty canister can be discarded.
