The Perry Line Pact is a peace treaty between the United Empire of Earth (UEE) and the Xi'an Empire (SaoXy'an) that was finalized in SEY 2793 .

After the signing of the Akari-Kr.ē Treaty brought an unofficial end to the Xi'an-Human Cold War, the question of what to do with the eight disputed planetary systems that made up the Perry Line remained. Ambassador Ramon Coen of the UEE presented a proposal to the Xi'an government outlining a plan to divide the systems fairly between the UEE and the Xi'an Empire. Additionally, the treaty required the two governments to work together in removing anti-ship mines from the Perry Line systems, and that they keep their borders open to one another. The signing of this treaty officially ended the Cold War.
