The Perry Line Pact is a peace treaty between the United Empire of Earth(UEE) and the Xi'an Empire (SaoXy'an). After the signing of the Akari-Kr.ē Treaty brought an unofficial end to the Xi'an-Human Cold War, the question of what to do with the eight disputed planetary systems that made up the Perry Line remained. In 2793, Ambassador Ramon Coen of the UEE presented a proposal to the Xi'an government outlining a plan to divide the systems fairly between the UEE and the Xi'an Empire. Additionally, the treaty required the two governments to work together in removing anti-ship mines from the Perry Line systems, and that they keep their borders open to one another. The signing of this treaty officially ended the Cold War.
