Oretani VI is the sixth planet from the sun of the lost Oretani system. Located on the very outskirts of the system, the planet has an orbit that takes thousands of days to complete. Oretani VI is largely dark red in color, caused by the presence of a hydrocarbon sludge on its surface formed from simple organic compounds long exposed to ultraviolet radiation. Methane ice is visible in the areas around impact craters.
