Prota is a slime mold that secretes an adhesive that can be distilled and turned into a commercial-grade glue. Able to survive in environments with corrosive, high-pressure atmospheres, the prota is known for its resilience and can sometimes be found on worlds that are largely uninhabitable. As long as it has access to water, it thrives in areas that have been heavily polluted by acid.
