The T.āl system is a planetary system in the Xi'an Empire (SaoXy'an) that consists of an A-type main sequence star, one mesoplanet, four terrestrial rocky planets, one super-Earth, and one gas giant. Designated as a production system by the Xi'an government, each habitable planet has been zoned to handle a different type of economic activity. It is a major center of trade between the Xi'an Empire and the United Empire of Earth (UEE), who were first notified of its existence in SEY 2789 after the signing of the Akari-Kr.ē Treaty. In addition to their appointed functions, the populated planets of T.āl were assigned distinct colors to incorporate into their architecture, giving each settlement a unified appearance that can be overwhelming to first-time visitors.
