The Expanse is a refinery spacecraft manufactured by Musashi Industrial and Starflight Concern (MISC). The engineering team at MISC developed the Expanse as a complementary vessel to the Prospector mining ship. Outfitted with a suite of reactors, the Expanse can process and refine a wide variety of raw materials. Each Expanse is built with cargo pod mounts, allowing it to easily collect ore pods that have been filled by other ships.
