Caliban 4b is the second moon from the gas giant Caliban IV, Caliban system, located in Vanduul territory. Enveloped by a weak magnetosphere, it is encircled by a pair of auroral belts that generate shimmering red light shows when the moon's magnetic field interacts with that of Caliban IV.
