Feratomine (Freeze) is a tranquilizer and prescription drug that causes heavy sedation in the user while also stimulating nerve endings in the muscles. When used for medical purposes, it helps to rebuild damaged muscle tissue and is most often used to treat deep tissue injury. It can also be used as a sedative, and was briefly sold as an orally-consumed weight-loss supplement. The street version of the drug, freeze, is an aerosol that was first derived from the supplement. When inhaled, it creates a bluish shimmer inside the mouth, induces feelings of peace and euphoria, and lowers inhibitions.
