Oya IV is a dwarf planet in the Oya system, United Empire of Earth (UEE), and is the fourth world from its sun. Reddish-pink in color, its surface is encased in thick methane-ethane that is coated with a thin layer of hydrocarbon sludge. In the 28th century SEY, there was a short-lived cosmetics trend that claimed the surface of Oya IV had "age-reversing" properties and utilized sludge harvest from the planet's surface in a wide variety of skin care products.
