The Razor is racing spacecraft developed by Mirai, a subsidiary of Musashi Industrial and Starflight Concern (MISC). In 2947, Mirai launched the Razor in a bid to disrupt Origin's dominance of the Murray Cup and as a potential competitor for the Koa e Ko'ia endurance races. Thanks to MISC's lend lease agreement with the Xi'an, the Razor was designed and built at MISC's R.il'a facility under the supervision of veteran Ship Engineer To.k'o se Lyil and offers advanced thrusters and other systems not currently available on competing racers. Variants include the Razor EX stealth interceptor and the overclocked Razor LX, which trades maneuverability and weaponry for a focus on pure one-directional speed.
