Location
Boro was a city on Crion (Caliban II), Caliban system, located in Vanduul territory. The capital of Crion, it was the home of the main chambers of the Governors Council and was the main population center of the planet. Particularly popular among long-haul traders and explorers, it was described in SEY 2599 by travel writer Shasta Wagner as having "a cosmopolitan appearance, but a strong frontier spirit." Political activism in Boro increased alongside Vanduul raids in the decades leading up to the Fall of Caliban, as residents believed the United Empire of Earth(UEE) government was intentionally withholding much-needed military aid. Boro was destroyed when the Vanduul finally invaded en masse in 2884.
