Legatus Navium is the highest possible rank obtainable in the United Empire of Earth (UEE) Navy and serves as the Navy's representative in the High Command. The Navium interprets and facilitates the orders of the Imperator and briefs the Senate and Imperator on such matters as the movement of fleets.
