Osha is a terraformed super-Earth located in the Kilian system, United Empire of Earth (UEE). Many of the original settlers of Osha were service members' families and UEE Navy support personnel due to its proximity to MacArthur (Kilian V). While most of the people on Osha are connected to the military in some way, the planet has developed a strong music scene thanks to the varied cultural influences of its inhabitants.
