The Huichuaihyao y.ath'o se Ē'aluth (Ē'aluth Belt Alpha) is an asteroid belt in the Ē'aluth system, Xi'an Empire (SaoXy'an). The government allows a tightly-capped quantity of water ice to be extracted from the belt under close supervision, solely to support those who reside full time in Ē'aluth as protectors and supervisors of the nature preserve on Ko'li (Ē'aluth III). After the water is brought to the various space stations scattered throughout the system, it is inoculated with minerals and microorganisms and aged to suit it to the Xi'an flavor palette.
