Ne'er is a majority-Tevarin town on Branaugh II in the unclaimed Branaugh system.

After surveyors for the United Empire of Earth (UEE) determined that Branaugh II was not a good terraformation candidate, they abandoned the structures they lived in while evaluating the planet. A few years after they left, a group of Tevarin claimed the outposts and turned them into dwellings. More Tevarin arrived over time and more structures were built. Eventually the area became the planet's main trading hub.
