As part of the Intel® Optane™ SSD promotion, Roberts Space Industries Corp. and Roberts Space Industries, International Ltd. are hosting this social media contest. Eligible individuals may participate in this promotion according to the rules herein. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook. The contest consists of five individual giveaways, each for one prize SSD, conducted within the following times and on the following social media platforms:

1. Eligibility – To participate in the RSI Intel® Optane™ Social Media Promotion (“Contest”), you must be at least 18 years of age, and reside in a jurisdiction where the Contest and your participation is legally permitted. Employees of RSI or Intel and of its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees, and its agents, representatives, officers, directors, and employees and each of their immediate family members and individuals living in the same households of each of these individuals, whether related or not, of the above are not eligible to enter or win.
2. Duration – Unless otherwise specified, the Contest will be conducted as a series of 5 live events (“Giveaways”) with individual Start and End Times between 10:00am and 9:00pm CEST on October 27, 2017 as indicated within these Rules and any follow-up announcements related thereto (“Announcement”):

Entry – Entry into the Contest is made by making posts on one or more of the following Social Media Platforms: Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook (individually and collectively, the “Social Media Platforms”. No purchase is necessary for participation or for the submission of Entries. Pledging on the Roberts Space Industries website (“RSI Site”) will not qualify as or otherwise provide additional entries. You may post entries onto more than one platform, but only one entry made during the duration of each giveaway will be considered; duplicate entries will be disregarded, and abuse, including breach of these Rules, the RSI Terms, or of the Social Media Platform’s own applicable rules of conduct or service terms will disqualify all entries made by a participant. For an entry to be considered valid, the following actions are required:

      2. “Like” the official post made by RSI during the Duration of Giveaway 5. The official post for Giveaway 5 will be posted on the Star Citizen Instagram account on or near 9:00pm CEST (GMT+2) on October 27, 2017. A repost or re-gram of the official post is not considered an entry.
4. Determination of Winner – A single winner for each individual Giveaway will be determined by random draw, to be conducted shortly after the End Time of each Giveaway, and messaged on the Social Media Platform applicable to that Giveaway. Pledging on the Roberts Space Industries website does not affect or increase the chances of winning. Winners will be contacted via direct messaging on the Social Media Platform on which they submitted their winning entry.
5. Governing Law – This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and void where prohibited. Information regarding the Account names of all winners and prizes may be provided to any member of the public on request for up to two years after the ending date of the Contest.
6. Disqualification – Any breach of the RSI Terms or these Rules by you will disqualify you from participation in the Contest.
7. Prizes -
   1. Prize – The prize for each Giveaway is a promotional Intel® Optane™ 900P SSD, provided by Intel® including by a promotional code redeemable for a Star Citizen® Aegis Sabre Raven in-game digital spaceship. Any customs or import duties or clearance fees required for shipping and delivery of a Prize must be borne by the Winner.
   2. Warranty – The prize Intel® Optane™ 900P SSD is furnished by Intel and covered by any applicable Intel warranty. RSI provides no warranty for the Intel® Optane™ 900P SSD.
   3. Liability –If a Prize SSD is damaged or broken during shipping, RSI will endeavor to send a replacement SSD, if available, upon return of the damaged Prize to RSI. In no event will RSI be liable to the Winner for loss or special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind in relation to the Contest or the Prizes. Prizes are shipped and delivered on an “as-is” basis; RSI is not responsible for any loss, damage, or condition of a Prize in shipping and bears no liability or responsibility for returns or replacement of a lost or damaged Prize.
   4. Notification – Winners will be notified and their Accounts identified to the public via the the applicable Social Media Platform on which the winning entry was made, or email notifications within ten (10) business days after the indicated ending date of the Contest.
   5. Claims and Forfeiture – Winners will be notified via the email, or direct messaging as soon as determined. Where required by law, winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/liability release, a publicity release, legal, federal, and state tax releases, and return them via email to RSI within 24 hours of notification or else forfeit their Prize or Prizes. A winner must respond to any such notices sent and provide the information needed to be owed any such Prize; failure to so respond will result in forfeiture of the Prize and, at RSI’s discretion, disqualification of the winner and allocating any limited quantity Prize, if applicable, to an alternate winner. A winner must provide a mailing address for shipping within a jurisdiction where the Contest and his or participation are legally valid. RSI will cover the cost of shipping or delivery required for prizes that are not Virtual Goods, but a Winner must cover any customs or import duties and clearance fees for delivery. Failure by a Winner to cover said duties or fees will result in forfeiture.
8. Disqualification – RSI may, at its option, disqualify you from participation if you have previously won a prize from any contest, sweepstakes, competition, or other promotional offering held by RSI.
9. Alternate Winners – In the event of the disqualification of a winner from a Giveaway, RSI may, at its option, select an alternate winner by random draw from the remaining eligible entries submitted to that Giveaway during its Duration.
10. Valuation – Unless otherwise stated in the Contest announcements or communications, prizes are digital Virtual Goods as indicated in the RSI Terms, Section XI., Virtual Goods. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and do not add, contribute, or otherwise represent any monetary value to your Account. If a winner chooses to accept only portions of a prize, no compensation shall be awarded for the portion(s) not accepted and no substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers are permitted except at the sole discretion of RSI. In jurisdictions where the law requires the disclosure of the retail value of a prize, the retail value of the non-transferable Digital Good as a prize is zero unless otherwise indicated.
11. Conditions of Participation – By entering the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these rules, including all eligibility requirements, and to abide by RSI’s decisions relating to the Contest which are final and binding. By participating, participants further agree to the site Terms of Service at https://robertsspaceindustries.com/tos and incorporated herein by reference, applicable to the Entrants’ overall use of the RSI Services. If a winner accepts a prize, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, image, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical material for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes by RSI, in perpetuity and in any and all media now or hereafter devised without any further compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.
12. Arbitration and/or Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Contest, you agree that any legal or administrative action or proceeding brought by you, RSI, or other user of the RSI Services in relation to the Contest is subject to Section XXII. Disputes & Binding Arbitration as indicated in the RSI Terms.
