Professional Conduct. During and after the term specified within the Employment Agreement, Employee agrees to maintain a professional manner and to avoid and refrain from any conduct which would tend to disparage Altama Energy, its affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers, or employees, which might jeopardize or be prejudicial to any business, professional, or personal relationship of Altama Energy, or any of the above-mentioned representatives, or which might damage the business, professional, or personal reputation of Altama Energy, or any of the above-mentioned representatives. During and after the term of the Employment Agreement, Altama Energy agrees to maintain a professional manner.

Employee will at all times conduct himself in compliance with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, canons of professional ethics, and the reasonable rules and regulations of Employer.

In addition to and not in limitation of any of the rights or remedies available to Altama Energy hereunder, if during the term of this Agreement Employee shall be charged with the commission of any act which is an offense involving moral turpitude under federal, state or local laws, or should Employee commit any act which would reasonably and objectively bring Company or its products into disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule, at any time, then Altama Energy shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement after giving Employee three (3) days notice to cure such offense, act or failure to perform. If Employee shall so fail to cure such offense, act or failure to perform within such three (3) day period, Company shall no longer be responsible for any further payments or benefits due hereunder.
