Whether you ship get hit by engine trouble or you get hit by a bullet we are there to make sure you get home safe.
History
Falk started back on earth before humans ventured out into space as a firefighting company, we did that so well that natural expansion into transportation or the sick happened. During this initial foundation building of the company, the policy was established that we render aid where it was needed.
With the basic policy in place, the company ventured into roadside assistance. For a long time, the company was focusing on the three main areas, which is firefighting, ambulance services and roadside assistance. But as time went on, other business opportunities presented themselves as they were explored, the company never diverted from the three primary areas.
As humanity started to venture into space, so did Falk. The first branch to get established on a galactic level was the search and rescue Department. Search and rescue remains to this day the core element of the company.
As time goes on the company is currently in the buildup phase, whether focused on building up the medical division, the recovery division and continued build-up of the search and rescue squadrons.
Manifesto
Our mission is to work hard every day to make Falk the galaxy’s most respected aid company.
Our vision is a better health and wellbeing for all souls in the galaxy, now and for future generations.
We build our values on these 3 statements
1. We do the right thing. Period.
In this statement, we put in the value that we help those who needs it when they need it. Not matter their affiliation for as longe as it is not a violent help they need. With the modern twist, we need payment upon saving.
2. Openness, honesty, integrity, courage, respect, diversity, and balance.
These words that we expect of our cruise, we want them to be openminded for helping everyone in need, to be honest to their superiors and our costumers, have the integrity to fulfil their mission no matter what, respect the chain of command, respect the diversity in our company and have the balance to stay clear-headed under pressure.
3. We must be good citizens.
By being good galactic citizens we are not outside the law, we stay within the boundaries of the law, that is what makes it possible for us to operate everywhere.
How we implement our mission, vision and values
To get better health and wellbeing in the galaxy we relay on our mission to be the most respected aid company in the galaxy, and to reach that goal we put an effort in living up to our three core values, then each department has their specific value. For exampled our Search and Rescue department put in a value that they respect the values of good medical practice and the value of never giving up the search as longe as there is a chance to find the client alive.
We do put the client in the centrum and in a war zone we will remain neutral, so we can help all who pays for our services, whether it is finding and treating injured personnel or repairing downed vessels, so they can get back int the fight.
Our company aims to never be looked at as the enemy, but if we get fired upon we do have the option to return fire, it is an option we train for but hope too never use.
