Founded in 2792 Varis Kinetic Solutions is a galactic provider of highly confidential and effective security related solutions, specialising in operational support, intelligence support and secure logistics management, with services tailored to meet the needs of the UEE, NGO’s and Private Organisations. We believe that the right combination of services, support and the correct application of our highly effective kinetic solutions will enable organisations across the galaxy to create and maintain safe environments whilst maximising profits and positive outcomes.

Article I.
The Purpose of the Organization;
is to provide other Organizations a reliable, flexible service to support their operations.

Article II.
Our Customer Relations Mandate;
will have us see any accepted contract through to completion, and to the best outcome we can provide to the customer.

Article III.
For Customers;
we will approach all contracts and customers in the spirit of the game, with light role play to immerse them into this universe. We are not closed to non kosher operations, however pending the task and risk, accounting will balance the needs for us to achieve your goal. Internally we will have respect for each member, follow directions and tasks with the right attitude, and do what is necessary for the growth of our Organization.

Article IV.
The Ranks reflect responsibilities of those assigned members;

Auxilia – Casual affiliated members provide assistance for tasks as they see fit, but bear minimal representation of the wider Org. In exchange for their contributions they have access to basic services such as ship re arm and refuel.

Legionary – A primary member of the caste. They provide the footwork of Varis in support of operations from space and surface combat, to general operation assistance. Legionary have access to further services such as med bays and storage where possible.

Praetorian – A commander of teams or wings. Our Praetorian lead surface or space elements from combat to command of multi crew vessels

Venator – Our hunters are trusted to represent Varis away from the Classis, in seeking contracts or completing discrete operations. They have full access to any armories to enable them to complete their tasks.

Centurion – Centurions are in charge of major operations and establishments, including command of larger vessels. They bear responsibility for all occurrences under their supervision. They have access to all services and systems to enable their operational success.

Praefectus Cohortis – Represent the board and seek contract opportunities as well as delegate the resources to achieve them. They command the fleets of Varis.

Article V.
Alternative Acquisitions;
Will come from freighting and mining to bolster Organization accounts. We utilize small deployments to run freighting and mining operations to better enable our own assets to support customers.

Article VI.
Endstate;
We will be a premier Private Security Company with a reputation of success, with contracts to other organizations extending across the SC Universe. We are in the position that other Organizations look to us first to assist in their operations.
