History
Despite uncertainty around the origin of the Orion Syndicate, most modern Syndicate groups derive from two classifications which emerged during the tumultuous years leading up to the formation of the UEE.
Since the modern era, the Davien system has been the largest source of Orion Syndicate members, both for their legitimate and extra-legal activities, including many renowned bosses from Cestulus.
Though originally started as traders and smugglers leadership in the last 50 years have downplayed their extra-legal activities and focused on lucrative smuggling opportunities, trade, and mining.
In 2892, Orion Shipping and Kisen Kaishi Mining finalized their merger into one corporate entity under the Orion banner.
The change in strategy has brought with it a change in leadership at the top of the company.
Manifesto
Orion Mining and Shipping has been known for reliable, flexible and eco-efficient transportation and logistics services since 2760. Today, we provide end-to-end transportation to every corner of known space, both by space and by land.
Our hundreds of employees are dedicated to helping our customers optimize supply chains and realize business ambitions. Whether we serve you from one of our 230 vessels or 11 offices in 9 UEE systems, we ensure that your promise is delivered.
We are committed to being the leader in sustainable interstellar shipping and mining. We already offer some of the most cost efficient shipping in the industry. Our goal now is to reduce waste emissions from our trans-stellar shipping by 60 percent by 2970. We are already over halfway there, and are always looking for new ways to improve efficiency and environmental performance.

Thank you very much for your hard work and dedication this past year with Orion M/S.
As an interstellar shipping and mining enterprise offering space, land, and air transportation, our mission is to contribute to better societies around the empire through safe and reliable monohakobi (transportation of goods). We conduct our daily business with this mission in mind. We are proud to play a part in improving the quality of life for many people in developing colonies across our space. We are also aware of our responsibility in providing infrastructure for global trade and development.
In April 2944, we launched our medium-term management plan, “Life = Trade 2944 — Stage 2 Leveraged by MicroSolutions.” Because it’s not just about shipping or turning a profit, our basic strategy is to distinguish ourselves through a wide range of space, land, and air services beyond the boundaries of interstellar shipping. We intend to vigorously implement new services and improve business through the use of ingenuity.
To realize this plan, we will continue to offer safe and stable business management featuring the Orion Syndicate Values of loyalty, innovation, and determination. This will enable us to remain a trusted organization for our customers and society.
