Perseid Logistics is dedicated to equipping the Rhetor system with the goods and services its institutions need to prosper. Within our capability, the civilians and public servants of the system of Rhetor shall be provided for, with necessities and luxuries, limited only by our ability to continue to improve our services.

Public Spirit

Our corporation is imbued with a local loyalty, a sense of pride in Rhetor and its place in the UEE, and therefrom comes an inspired excitement in providing for it—in drawing the resources of the galaxy inward, to Rhetor, or to other such capitals of future-insurance, from Terra to Horus to Chronos. In feeding the universe to humanity.

Requirements

• A genuine interest in facilitating, or engaging in, trade to and from the cities and facilities within the Rhetor system
• Experience piloting in high-traffic systems, handling cargo on busy docks, or negotiating sales or trade agreements
• An ability to work with diverse backgrounds and personalities in a socially lax environment

Bonuses

• Passion for a civilian occupation outside of, or at most adjacent to, trade and transport
• Familiarity with southern UEE systems along the Banu border
• Familiarity with Banu space and customs

Social Conduct

Simply put, our corporation values open and casual relations among employees. Save your honorifics for clients, and bring in your at-home language as much as you like. Just not your pets.

Insurance and Entitlements

Each employee is once afforded on request a personal business craft insured by Perseid according to his or her position within the company:

• Junior: RSI Aurora CL
• Senior: MISC Reliant Kore or Avenger Titan
• Manager: Origin 315p
• Director: MISC Freelancer
• Board Member: MISC Freelancer Variant

A selection of MISC Hull Series craft are available for bulk freight jobs and are strictly company property, not to be used in a personal capacity.

In the event of the loss of a company-insured personal vehicle, Perseid shall collect on that insurance and the employee is not to be entitled to a replacement until a promotion is earned. Where a promotion is not possible, a replacement is granted by Board discretion via majority vote.

Business Costs

The corporation agrees to pay all fuel costs, repair fees, and/or medical expenses incurred on corporate business.

Vacation

Each month, an employee earns one day’s paid vacation, to be redeemed at his or her discretion.

Grounds for Termination

Defrauding a Client or the Corporation

To obtain funds through deception of one’s clients or co-workers is strictly counter to our corporate values and will be met with swift removal from the organization and a public disavowal.

Violent Criminal Conduct

Perseid Logistics, LLC affords no latitude to the possession of violent criminal records, and in response to such acts the corporation retains full rights to remove an employee from any and all access and association therewith, and at our discretion appropriate authorities may be notified.

About Roleplay: We are marked as a roleplay organization for the sake of the value of immersion, the sense of presence that gamers often seek out, to engage with a world with respect for its fictional integrity. That’s all. There is no intent to schedule “RP events” or any such arbitrary force-feeding.
