Manifesto

Divisions & The Directorate:

Divisions may work independently, or with other Divisions within Sanguine. It is the responsibility of The Directorate to determine when it is appropriate for Divisions to work together.

Security Division:

Director: Arkansand “Arkansand”

The Security Division is focused on providing security to the divisions of Sanguine, as well as being a private security service. Members of this Division are encouraged to have ships suited for combat.

Transport Division:

Director: Mythikos “Mythikos”

The Transport Division is focused on the safe transportation of cargo, information, and people. Members of this Division are encouraged to have ships suited for Transportation.

Trading Division:

Director: Zanios “Kaivol”

The Trading Division is focused on the trading of items and information. Members of this Division are encouraged to have versatile ships capable of transporting and trading.

Resources Division:

Director: TheSpartanGhost “SpartanGhost”

The Resources Division is focused on collecting, transporting, and selling valuable resources. Members of this Division are encouraged to have ships suited for mining and transportation.

Charter

Section 1 – Expectations:

Each employee is expected to meet the expectations set forth in the Charter, employees that do not meet expectations may be stripped of their rank & role, or removed from Sanguine.

2.1. Each employee is expected to hold themselves and others with honor, respect, and professionalism at all times. Harassment of others will not be tolerated.

2.2. Each employee is expected to follow the orders of their superiors to the best of their ability.

2.3. Each employee is expected to fulfill their designated rank or role to the best of their abilities. In a competitive setting, a employee that is found to be under performing may have their individual performance reviewed by their superiors.

Section 2 – Chain of Command:

Employees are subordinate to each employee above them in the command structure, and are in command of each employee subordinate to themselves. Each employee is expected to rise to the expectations and duties of their rank as set forth in the Charter.

2.1. Rankings are laid out in order from subordinate to superior:

2.1.1. Operator – Employees new to Sanguine that have not yet been assigned to a Division.

2.1.2. Specialist – Employees who are experienced members and have accumulated an in-depth knowledge of their Division.

2.1.3. Officer – Employees who have been assigned specific command over subordinates within their Division.

2.1.4. Captain – Employees who work closely with The Directorate to manage subordinates.

2.1.5. Director – Directors are responsible for managing their Division to the standards set by the Chairmen. Directors are seven in number and will not increase or decrease. Circumstances may arise that will require the appointment of a new Director. The new Director is voted upon by The Directorate following a majority vote.

2.1.6. Chairman – The Chairmen are responsible for making major managerial decisions, and ensuring that each Division within Sanguine is economically successful. Chairmen are three in number and will not increase or decrease. Circumstances may arise that will require the appointment of a new Chairman. The new Chairman is voted upon by The Directorate following a majority vote.

2.2. When promoted to a rank that allows command of a Division (Director), it is the responsibility of the promoted employee to enlist their subordinates. An officer is encouraged to form tight bonds with Division members, but is allowed to enlist any member subordinate to them for command directly before a mission, unless a superior chooses otherwise. Division leaders are also expected to actively communicate with members under their command.

Section 3 – Roles:

Employees are expected to rise to the expectations and duties of their roles as set forth in the Charter.

3.1. Employees may request roles if they are at, or above the rank of Specialist. The request will be reviewed by a Personnel Officer before being approved.

3.2. Employees with a role will receive additional payment based on performance.

3.2.1. Public Affairs Officer – Public Affairs Officers are responsible for:
  • Promoting certain activities to the public.
  • Getting information about Sanguine to the public.
  • Updating and maintaining the branding of Sanguine.
3.2.2. Recruiting Officer – Recruiting Officers are responsible for:
  • Assisting The Directorate in planning, directing, and monitoring recruiting programs, personnel, and training.
  • Assisting The Directorate in organizing and executing programs to recruit sufficient personnel to satisfy the numerical requirements of Sanguine.
  • Providing guidance in planning and assistance for a continuous publicity and community relations program.
3.2.3. Personnel Officer – Personnel Officers are responsible for:
  • Maintaining a personnel file on all members to include pertinent information concerning roles, rank, Division, and accomplishments within Sanguine.
  • Writing orders for all awards, promotions, and keeping lists of all members.
  • Compiling information for promotions and awards and updating each member’s record.
  • Creating the promotion tests for members as well as the tests for the Officers.
3.2.4. Executive Officer – Executive Officers are responsible for:
  • Observing and evaluating the progress of each Division in accomplishing its mission, and advising The Directorate.
  • Creating transcripts.
  • Keeping the posted material updated.
