Shadow Squadron / SHADOWSQUA

Shadow Squadron will not allow the UEE to take control of the fringe worlds. We must also uncover the full depth of the Imperator’s secret agenda. We will become self-sufficient, defend our own territory, personnel, and property, and use the UEE’s tools against them as we undermine the Imperator’s goals.

1) Respect. This is the keystone of our organization; while we occupy Fringe space and may occasionally bend or even break UEE laws, we are not degenerate barbarians. You will use manners, remain calm with each other, and even treat our marks with a measure of kindness. What’s better than a successful robbery? A repeat customer!

2) Cooperation. In order to become self-sufficient, we need everyone to pull their weight. We need to able to trust each other to get the job done, and survive in the Fringe, where criminals of all calibers will be swarming for their next victim. We’re not victims, and we do this by cooperating.

3) Player Agency. This means that, while we have a Commander and Officers to manage the Org as a whole, we don’t expect anyone to do anything specific. There is no true chain of command, and everyone has equal say in most things. You’re free to do what you like, so long as it doesn’t bring trouble to the rest of us. We work together, and live as individuals.
