While early in it’s conception and still with much work to be done, Third Echelon will ultimately present it’s members and affiliates with many advantages:

Diversity of Opportunities & Networking

There will be like-minded members and affiliates for which you can engage, collaborate with, and learn from within the organization. (There will be daily activities / operations for MNAs (Members & Affiliates) to participate in team-wide, org-wide, and verse-wide.)

Strong Alliances & Protection

You’ll be aligned / united with others motivated by and sworn to protect each other and each other’s livelihoods; never being truly alone in the verse when you need a helping hand most. (We are working to stand up our very own discord community and website complete with manned dynamics, like dispatch, a “support needed” hotline, and much more.)

Defined Processes & Protocols

(The processes and protocols will continually evolve, however Third Echelon will be governed and operated much like a real business, so everyone is speaking a common language, following a common methodology to doing things, and of course are utilizing common tools.)

Financial Supplement & Secuity

A per capita income will be instituted for all eligible members once we are in a space of full strengh and operations have ramped up to levels that will support it. (There will also be a credt union complete with deposit, withdrawal, direct wire, and loan services in the future.)

Recognition & Respect

This conglomerate will command a certain level of respect within the verse. (Our operations will impact the UEE and associate organizations, as well as other citizens within the verse. We will NOT be griefers, but there will many times we intentionally interface with citizens to conduct business, negotiate, engage w/ hostility, etc. all in accordance with our evolving direction as an organization.) This will create an environment where citizens will come to recognize and respect what Third Echelon stands for as well as our dealings.

Training & Development

(Experts in every aspect of the game will be accessible to all MNAs and there will be roles within the organization that tailor training plans to members with declared commitments to our interests.)
