On the 14th of January in 2884 Dr. Russell Valem was about to display the breakthrough with the so called “CHARIOT” engine. The demonstration was staged at Angeli in the Croshaw System. Unfortunately the test ended in a tragedy with the Death of Dr. Russell Valem. The explosion nearly ruptured the observation station’s hull. A young scientist who worked for Dr. Valem’s “CHARIOT” project managed to escape death.. But just barely. His name was Tavion Kun. Dr. Kun went on to work on other various secret government projects which later revealed to be of Tevarin origin.

With the recent birth of yet another starship developer (Origin Jumpworks,) there was a growing need for veteran test pilots in the expanding starship manufacturing race. A test pilot for Anvil Aerospace (Killian Vin’Åxmis) was a young pilot from the UEE Navy. After serving his time with the Empire (plus some) he pushed into the private sector with his love of space travel.

Strajik Vin’Åxmis is born to Killian and Devona Vin’Åxmis.

Having been a UEE Navy pilot, Killian Vin’Åxmis was invited to a private flight of a secret UEE “QUARK” project. It was here that Killian and Tavion met and became lifetime friends.

Vanduul attacks Squadron 42. This short battle rocked the Empire’s long held notion of Iron Peace. The Vanduul operated as clans and had no regard for any life or structure… especially that of humans. Many private corporations and organizations began to get more involved with the security of UEE airspace.

Killian Vin’Åxmis and Tavion Kun discuss a corporate venture. Using their connections from various private and government installations, they put their words into action… and paper.

The Hexxen Corporation was founded.

Killian Vin’Åxmis used further contacts at Anvil Aerospace and acquired the spearhead of the Hexxen Corporation: the recently decommissioned military vessel: The UEES Araxes. The Anvil Carrack features reinforced fuel tanks for long-duration flight, an advanced jump drive, and a dedicated computer core for jump charting operations. Originally a military exclusive, the Carrack is now available for civilian use. On-board accommodations include crew medical and repair facilities, and a mapping-oriented sensor suite. It was perfect for the calculating pair… prosperous and adventurous were their journeys.

Zao Kun is born to Tavion and Mariko Kun

After the death of Tavion Kun, Killian Vin’Åxmis retires. The assignment of CEO is bequeathed to Killian’s only heir.. Strajik Vin’Åxmis. Strajik left the UEE Navy to take over his father’s company and pursue similar goals.

Zao Kun completes an accelerated science program from a prestigious Science Academy on Terra. Zao reaches out to lifelong friend Strajik Vin’Åxmis and secures his spot as part of a seeming tradition between the two families. The pair began, as their fathers did, to look out at the deep black and ask the fundamental questions that drives the Hexxen Corporation.

UEE Imperator Costigan ratifies The Historical Truth Act of 2941, which declassified millions of pieces of archived government data. These revelations revealed the UEE’s history of benevolent and malevolent actions… thus causing the lines between legal and illicit to become even more blurred.

The Hexxen Corporation begins fervently looking for additional hive crew as the company expands on its goals on exploration and profit.

The Hexxen Corporation believes in the expansion of the compendium of human knowledge. However, if there are credits to be made… we will ensure our bottom line stays black, even if the UEE doesn’t need (or deserve) to know the details.
