Welcome to the submission form for the CitizenCon 2953 Cosplay Contest! We can't wait to see your creativity shine on stage. Since this will be our largest in-person event to date (you all have blown our minds yet again), we're now requiring all potential Cosplay Contest entrants to register prior to the show. Depending on the number of applicants we receive, we will accept submissions based on the uniqueness of the concept and likelihood of quality to ensure the best candidates are chosen for the limited time allotted for the show. You'll receive an email once your application is accepted or denied. Rules: • Weapons and props resembling weapons (MedPens, Multi-Tools, etc) are NOT allowed • Costumes and related content must be PG-13 appropriate • All applicants must already have access to the event. • Surprising the audience is okay. Surprising the staff is not. If you're planning to do anything special on stage, you are required to get it cleared through the event organizer. (@Galaxt1ka) • All accepted entrants will be required to meet prior to the show at a specified time TBD for pictures and stage order rehearsal. A meeting spot will be given upon accepting your application. Failure to meet at this time will result in disqualification. By submitting this application, you understand and agree to these terms. This can look like in-progress photos, previous similar builds you've created, etc. In the event we receive too many applications, this may be used to ensure variety among accepted applicants. (Optional) Give us a fun fact or mentionable the audience might be interested in while introducing you to the stage. Limit 1-2 sentences max. This can be anything from your history of cosplaying, inspiration for creating the cosplay, something funny that happened while making it, etc.
